Okay
The hotel is okay not excellent as the shower have only half food and was not a sliding close shower door so we had use with water splashing out to the restroom floor. The free wine and free drinks were a plus. Great compliment The restaurant was pricey for the amount of food on a plate.

Wonderful hotel close to Fisherman’s Wharf. Clean and with nice views of the city. The parking charge is very steep at about $100 per night.

The hotel is great and lively. However there was a strong chemical smell which I assume was a cleaner, but it was intolerable. I called the front desk and was told the manager was up on my floor and she would alert them but she was clearly gaslighting me because they never showed. There was no explanation for the smell nor was there an attempt to reach out-just a suggestion to change rooms round 10 pm to the last room available. I was checking out in the morning. It was awful and I had to sleep with a mask no hate wearing masks!

The property was close to the pier 39. If you love walking as a part of your vacation, this location is great as you can just walk alongside the water and see some great sights!
