Hotel staff were excellent. Next door hotel guest became belligerent and irate in the wee hours of the morning and unfortunately I had zero rest. The walls literally feel paper thin bc I could hear their TV. Our room was also facing the street (SF Port parking area) and semi-trucks were super loud. I hope this review helps in making your decision to stay at Luma.

This is a comfortable, upscale hotel near Oracle Park. It was perfect for an overnight stay after a concert. The rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful: great drinks, small plates and a view of the SF Bay. Will definitely stay here again.

Super happy with everything. The stay was extra ordinary. Loved everything. The staff was wonderful and let us upstairs when it was closed just so we could see the roof top. We had a wonderful stay.
