The motel room was pleasant and you can count on a parking spot. They front staff were very friendly. Our room was not sound proof so you could hear a bit of the traffic that goes by and the near by park. There must of been an event going on that night because you can hear the sound of their cheers. Also, the parking spots would not be so convent for large vehicles, the parking spaces are very tight and to exit the motel you have to back all the way out to the street. But for the price I paid, I would not might coming back again to save on $$.

The motel is nice and well located. I would like to write something about the room service, but I can’t because this was non existent… We placed the door sign asking for room service twice and on both times ‘someone’ flipped the sign to ‘Do not disturb’. This can not be a coincidence for sure. We ended up having no new towels nor a cleaned bathroom during our stay, which was definitely annoying. The room service should definitely be improved and exist for all customers. Apart from that, we have a nice stay here!

Great Location - with excellent free parking in SF
Fantastic location with excellent free parking. Room was comfortable, clean, and had microwave, fridge/freezer, and a really great shower and bathroom. The location is really first class, right in the action on Lombard Street, and felt close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Great option for a quick stay in The City. Very friendly staff, easy check in/out, very clean room and parking is included in room price! Tons of restaurants in walking distance and we felt very safe in this area. I even left something there and they actually found it and called me... would definitely stay here again.

It is that, a Motel not a Hotel, but it was clean, had all amenities in the room that we needed and was close to most tourists spots. The parking on the premises is a huge bonus and is safe. The Marina District is within walking distance and is a fun, lively and safe area with delicious dining and trendy shops.

For a very reasonable price in a great location this place was great. No frills but the room was super clean even the shower. Thank you housekeeping! The bed was comfortable! Shower worked great , lights, TV , hair dryer, coffee pot all functional. Noise was minimal even on Lombard St! The staff was very pleasant and so helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay again. For great price and location can't beat it!

Plenty of better run places in San Francisco.
The customer service here is terrible. The owner makes poor business decisions and should hire a professional business manager. I have stayed before but this is the last time. There’s plenty of other options here in San Francisco.
