I frequently stay at this property. Sadly, it is slipping toward three star status I had a four night stay and the thermostat in the room did not work. I requested four times that this be checked out and was assured that the engineer would take care of that. I had the thermostat off the entire trip and the room temperature range from 88°F to 60°F, the thermostat was clearly not working and the engineer clearly was not capable of fixing the problem. When you have long days 14-15 hours of work and want to return and get a good nights rest and relax these are the conditions that are needed. Probably my fault I should’ve switched rooms immediately. I hope the situation improves, but perhaps next time in Burlingame, it will be time to check out another hotel option quite sadly This is a high traffic hotel near the airport with airline cruise and a wide variety of international travelers. The property should be maintained accordingly.

The restaurant & bar area was quite large and easy to get a seat. The service team did a great job and provided outstanding service. Food was good and wine was nice and chilled. The bathroom was kind of small though but the rest of the room was fine.

Less than a Best Western brand. No microwave, no complimentary coffee or water, Rooms felt like a prison. Unable to open windows. AC does not cool room. Im only saying these things because the overall cost does not match what you het. LITERALLY.
