The hotel staff are very nice especially Hans, Armida and Tracy. They are very accommodating with my request. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's worth money spent. The place is nice and close to various business establishments. It is highly recommended to budget conscious travelers.

Beds are really uncomfortable, set up is weird with no bathroom in your room and shared hall way bathrooms. My window had no screen or circulation. Staff was nice but facility was more like a hostel than a hotel

ON SEPT 1, I CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL. I WAS TOLD BY TRACY, THE FRONT CLERK, THAT I COULD STAY AT THE THE RATE OF $442, INDEFINITELY, & THERE WAS NO LIMIT. SHE SAID THAT, I COULD HAVE 2 CATS, WITH NO ESA, & NO DEPOSIT.. ON SEPT 7, SHE ENTERED MY ROOM & LEFT ME A NOTE, STATING THAT THE RENT FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS WOULD BE $3205.28. I WAS IN SHOCK, SINCE SHE HAD TOLD ME ORIGINALY, THAT MY RENT WOULD BE FIXED AT $442. ON SEPT 8, I WAS GOING TO PAY FOR 2 WEEKS AT $442, A WEEK. ASAD SHAIKHJI, THE ASST. MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THE RENT FOR 2 WEEKS WAS $3205.28. I WAS NOT INFORMED EARLIER & I HAD NO WHERE TO GO. BECAUSE OF THE SALESFORCE CONVENTION ALL THE HOTELS WERE BOOKED, UNLESS YOU WANTED TO STAY IN THE TENDERLOIN .AT OF THE GOODNESS OF HIS HEART, HE GAVE ME 1 NITE, AT THE EXPEDIA RATE. ON MONDAY, SEPT. 9. I CHECKED OUT AT 7:30 & GOT MY $100 DEPOSIT BACK.

A terrific budget place. Room was small and minimal but I slept well. They keep it quite clean. I enjoyed the coffee in the morning. There is lots of traffic on bush street if you are near there. 4 to 5 blocks to the Powell Bart station — I would exercise caution at night.
