This property is an Oasis. The rooms are nicely decorated with marble counter tops and remote control thermostats..so you can control room temperature without getting out of bed. The staff are all diamonds! Christain goes above and beyond with Platinum customer service!

The hotel was lovely and Christian in reception was exceptionally helpful. All this being said we did have a problem. Both my son and I found ants in our rooms. My son had them in his bathroom and Christian gave him another room without hesitation. In my own room they were on the writing desk so not as big a problem. We brought it to the attention of the manager, who was new to the hotel. He told us he was working on the problem so hopefully it will be resolved by the time we stay there again. The hotel is very well situated. Both San Francisco and the airport are easy to get to by train or taxi. The area is also very well served by restaurants and bars. ……and a casino if you dare!

The hotel itself is very good, staff are courteous and the rooms are quite spacious. The reason for the rating is that they make unauthorized charges, we booked 7 rooms for 8 nights and had I not run out of funds in my account they would have debited all 7 full stays before we checked in. They refunded the 4 full stays that they had drawn from my account minus 100 dollars. Upon checking out they charged one full extra stay and promised they would refund that, a week has gone by and they don't take my calls, I am currently working with Expedia to get that charged reversed, but the whole thing is totally unacceptable.

I stayed here because I had an early flight out of the San Francisco airport. It was perfect for that reason. It’s not a tourist destination but it’s convenient place to be close to the airport.

I loved this little hotel! Everyone was so nice and it was very pretty. My only complaint was the pool was not in service, but seemed to be a health dept issue and not their fault.

Seemed to be recently renovated. Granite in bathroom and shower was nice. Decor was more like ‘old world charm.’ Tastefully done. Staff were excellent and very attentive. My only dealbreaker was the internet was too slow to be useful. Despite having a smart tv, none of the features ( ie Netflix) could be used due to the internet service. A staff member commented to me they the internet was ‘not very good.’ If a nice, clean, reasonably priced hotel is all you’re looking for, I’d recommend. If you need internet for work or spending time in your room, find somewhere else.
