This property is an Oasis. The rooms are nicely decorated with marble counter tops and remote control thermostats..so you can control room temperature without getting out of bed. The staff are all diamonds! Christain goes above and beyond with Platinum customer service!

Surprising luxury at budget price
What a find - if you ever need a value priced place close to SFO, stay here if it's available, I certainly will! Decor is beautiful in lobbies as well as room. Super clean. Great beds. Full bathtub. Safe feeling neighborhood, really being gentrified. tons of good nearby restaurants and food delivery. Microwave and fridge in room, coffee maker and bottled water. Covered parking. Very happy.

The hotel had alot of character, victorian style hotel. Older but beautiful furnishings, chandeliers, and decor. They offered a light breakfast which was nice and free underground parking. I gave it a four because the wifi kept dropping and the ac was old and didn't get cool enough leaving the room stuffy even after having the fan on throughout the day. The young gentlemen who worked the desk during the day was very helpful and respectful with all guests as I witnessed,. This made up for the young lady in the evening that I had asked for help with local transit and she replied, "Just google it, thats what people do".

Nice surprise for a well appointed and comfortable rooms. It is in proximity of many great places for dinner and to the airport. Bed is comfortable and has the luxurious feel. It is on the flight path but not an issue.

The accommodations were stellar. The staff was extremely accommodating and super friendly. I loved how the halls were decorated the little touches were on point. Literally a 10 minute drive to anything. Our new go to spot in the Bay!!!!
