Great place, close to some really neat towns and things to see. Awesome to have big nice pool to come back to after a hot day of sightseeing. The best thing about it is the family that owns it. So warm and friendly and helpful in every. Truly enjoyable stay.

Comfortable lodging in Tuscany
Lovely facility and well maintained. Charge for a single occupant/night was €72 including a good breakfast. This was well worth the money. A car is needed as the lodging is about 10 km from San Gimignano. The address is misleading as it shows being located in San Gimignano. If you’re driving be sure you receive clear directions. The navigation system brings one to the city which is distant and the street cannot be found.

Beautiful quiet place in Tuscany
I highly recommend this place. It is a beautiful, quiet and comfortable place in Tuscany. It is located near San Gimignano (15 minutes by car). It is on the road but you can find restaurants nearby. They have a pool, that we did not use because it was cold. A perfect place for couples.

Good for those visiting San Gimingiano
Great location after/before visiting San Gimingiano, big breakfast and very friendly staff. There is a nice pool and a recreation area. Heating wasnt as strong as we wanted it to be and the towels provided aren't nice. Overall good value and would have stayed again.

Cosy countryside residence
Great location with a view to San Gimignano from our terrace. Very good breakfast, friendly service, and lovely setting. Small football field for kids, a pool, and a lovely garden. Great place to start for exploring tuscany.

Quiet, serene, and peaceful...
My friend and I were just passing through the area and only stayed for one night. However, the staff were very accommodating and nice. The location was quiet and relaxing. If I were to return to this area I would want to stay here. Very nice place. Reasonable cost.

Quiet, peaceful
Such a lovely place. My husband was quite sick so he spent his time here in bed!😡 Poor guy. I enjoyed sitting in the garden, reading by the pool and walking up to the village. I must also rave about the restaurant next door. I went there to order my lunch. I have a severe nut allergy. The owner's son also suffers from severe nut allergies. It was so wonderful to order and enjoy my meals (we also had two suppers here) without the worry of an anaphylactic reaction. ...the food was excellent. The gnocchi was wonderful! Much of what they serve is made on site.

Very nice B&B.
Great and easy check-in. Breakfast is right on time and Monica is very pleasant. Although they don't speak English, they are willing to help any way possible. The pool area is very pleasing and relaxing. Very close to town where you can go for something to eat. WIFI is nearly non-existent unless you open the door to your room.

Very nice location, very quiet with nice room and good sized bath. If you're looking to totally disconnect, this is the place. We expected Wifi, which was essentially non existent. Couldn't get on wifi most of our 5 day stay.

Tuscan Visit
Beautiful little diamond in the hills of Siena. Very nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was a plus. It's a little hard to find but it was definitely worth it. In the heart of Tuscany.

we really enjoyed our stay, the owners were really friendly and welcoming, lovely to have a small outside area. Great to have a bar facility selling chilled wine/ beer, only stayed one night but really pleasant stay

Great place to stay. Nice views, away from the crowds, out in the countryside. Except room right by reception desk was noisy if you want to sleep till 9am.
