The comfortable 85m² vacation apartment "Ciasa" is located in San Giovanni di Fassa, a small community at the foot of the Dolomite mountains in the Fassa Valley in northern Italy's Trentino area. The apartment with separate entrance consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a laundry room (shared with the other apartment), and ski storage with a boot warmer. Children are allowed and a baby bed and highchair are provided (upon request). Guests can take in the stunning mountain view from the 2 balconies and relax outdoors in the fresh mountain air. There are a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and bakeries just 1 to 3 minutes (1 km) by car from the property. The apartment is just 2 to 3 minutes (1 km) from the Val di Fassa and the Pozza di Fassa ski resorts and those desiring to experience the natural beauty of the Dolomite mountains can wander through the Croce Jumel hiking area just a 5 minute (3 km) drive by car. The San Giovanni di Fassa area offers a variety of cycling routes that wind through the unrivaled beauty of the Fassa Valley amidst the towering Dolomite mountains and along the beautiful Avisio River. The Bolzano-Dolomiti Airport is a 1 hour (47 km) drive from the apartments.

Nice apartment
This apartment was as advertised. The location is good. Just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and 6 minutes to the Buffuare lift that links you to the Ciampac ski area and then the Sella Ronda area. There is night skiing twice a week at an even closer ski lift that is used for race training during the day. Restaurants and town are all a close walk too in the opposite direction. The footpaths can be very icy so watch your footing. Check-in was easy with the key collection and manager at a nearby hotel and there is included on-site car parking. The manager communicated via WhatsApp and the free internet connection was fast. The apartment is spacious and the area nice and quiet. Be aware that the washing machine is a shared one in a laundry/storage area under the apartment block. There are only a few apartments in the building and they mostly seem to have permanent residents. The kitchen is new [but lacked a toaster] as is the bathroom and the rest of the renovated apartment.

Die Ferienwohnung war klasse,es hat alles gepasst. Die Lage war mega und im umkreis von einer halben Autostunde gab es richtig viel zu sehen. Uns hat die terrase der Dolomiten, Sass Pordoi am besten gefallen.
