Beautifully kept property. The hiking trails are well kept and beautiful. Trash inside the property and outside was an eyesore.

We stayed in a family room 84, the shower head/heater spread/squirt all over the bathroom, It is so old. bed cover are very old and worn out. Mattress felt like the spring were coming out. The room does have air condition that does not work very well but is does reduce the heat some. On the positive site the property - green area is very nice and you can do some hiking. The Spa I believe was closed as I try to schedule a massage and was told they ere going to let me know if that was possible. Staff is friendly and do what they can to make your stay pleasant

Lo bueno: hay mucho espacio para caminar, la comida es muy buena, el sauna está Perfecto, es un lugar donde puedes relajarte sin problema y el personal es muy amable, si lo que buscas es hacer senderismo el hotel es perfecto Lo malo: cada vez que íbamos al restaurante nos cobraban algo que no habíamos pedido o nos llevaban una cuenta que no era la nuestra, hay que estar muy pendiente en las cuentas, la ducha no sirve el agua caliente, todos los baños (incluyendo los del lobby y restaurante) están tapados y cuesta que baje la palanca, el hotel está descuidado

I don’t like that the hotel host a group of youth people and they keep talking, laughing, making noise almost in front of my door until I got out of my room and asked them to be quiet and that happened at 11:30 pm because I called to the lobby but nobody answered. Than in the morning they got up early and started to make noise at 6:00 am. Terrible experience. I pay more than a $60 one night to get rest, but I didn’t get any rest. Very bad experience
