I loved everything about it! Everyone was kind and friendly. It was beautiful and affordable. I had a kitchen where I could prepare meals. A grocery near by. Shops though I didn’t have money to shop for extra items other than food. The Sea close. Beautiful attraction. It is amazing. I LOVE Lima! I LOVE Peru. My ancestry is part from here so it feels like HOME! Would have loved to move in to this apartment. It’s beautiful. Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. Highly recommend. I was a solo traveler and spinal cord injured woman-ambulatory and felt very safe.

pretty darned good and GREAT value
Arrived and it was cold..no heat or space heater. i had to run the stove overnight to stay warm. The next day however the hotel did deliver a space heater which completely remedied the problem. Many if not most places in Peru have no heat so this is not unusual. But make arrangements ahead of time other minor issues: tiny ants on kitchen counter--but only when food is on it --they know when to come out. dangerous looking plug (burned and partially melted ) for microwave leaking toilet I was unable to clearly report these due to my poor spanish-so i leave them here as minor issues easily taken care of

very nice apartment.
We stayed in a very nice and comfortable apartment. It's located near a beautiful park in one of the nicer areas in Lima. It has easy access to public transportation, taxis, etc. It's also within walking distance or a short bus ride to large modern grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries. It's also secure since they have around the clock employees covering the front desk.

I stayed here from 9/27/2015-10/9/2015. Well-kept gardens give this place an old-world charm. The room furniture could use some upgrading, but the bed was perfectly well suited to my taste. In-room Wi-Fi was strong and constant so no issues there. Rooms are cleaned daily and bathroom is in decent shape for the age of the place. The most enjoyable part of my stay was interacting with the friendly staff, they are down to earth and superbly helpful. My only disappointment was that your stay will be only payment by cash. It would have been safer for me to process payments via credit card and not run the risk of going to the bank and picking up a large amount of cash. Kitchen is decently appointed and the ability to prepare my own meals whenever I wanted was a big plus. Would I stay here again? I would.

Do not pick this place!
The pictures here are not the same as appears. The front of hotel is much older looking. Interior is very old and run down. Pictures on website is totally different. Hotels.com should investigate this. You must to stay in really old town charm. Cheap but not a good deal. 10:30 am check out is not the standard as other places allow later times. My room had a odor of bug stray or oil based cleaner. I had to open windows through out my stay. Location was blocks away from any shops.

Hotel was conveniently located in San Isidro. Ride from airport was approx. 25 minutes. Room was clean and wi fi was available. Three local calls cost 12 soles approx. $4 U.S. I stayed one night and would not recommend a stay longer than a couple of nights.

Good value hotel overall
Not a bad hotel overall and well worth the price. Staff is friendly and the rooms are in acceptable condition. All in all you get the most out of what you pay. I would recommend other hotels if you don't speak any Spanish and would like advice on touring the city. The staff there spoke hardly any English and it was difficult to communicate with them. They make up for it for being very friendly and they are quite willing to help.

Excellent apartment hotel in Lima
This apartment hotel is very clean, dust free, friendly staff, safe,nice neighborhood, convenient location. Only bad remark is bed. It has a plastic botton and holds the heat. We will definitely come back.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was pleasant but the room was like stepping back in time basic but did the job we had a kitchen lounge a big bedroom a walk-in closet and bathroom was cleaned every day and central to all attractions on the main road and if we were asked if we would stay here again we would but only if we couldn't find another hotel

They do not give proper bill
They do not give guests a proper bill or invoice because (as they say) they are not a hotel, they are just a Guests's House (?). So, if you stay you will get just a copy of a petty cas receipt. Monkey business? I hope not. However, besides the bill issue, my stay was very good.

Disappointing
The first day, they gave a small room on the 5th floor with no elevator nor WiFi. I asked the receptionist to give me a room with wifi, she said there is a room with wifi but it is more expensive so you have to pay 4 more dollars which I refused. The second and last day, after I warned that I would call the touristic police and report it to Expedia, the manager came and apologized and gave me a room on the 2nd floor with wifi.
