Everything on your doorstep - within a 5 minute walk you have sandy beaches, local bars, beach bars, tapas restaurants (literally across the road), beachside fine dining, a large supermarket, beach bars, churros and ice cream.

A very short drive to golf, tennis, boat trips, scuba diving, kite surfing, harbour restaurants, markets and many many Spanish restaurants.

Something for everyone to do - swim in the blue flag beach of Mediterranean sea as well as in the Mar Menor - largest water lagoon in Europe. Two shared private pools, sailing, jet skis, golf, fishing, beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets all on your doorstep. Well situated for all the facilities but away from the noisy bars. Brand new high specs. Three bedrooms/ 2bathrooms/ fully air conditioned, underfloor heating throughout, furnished to a very high standard, sleeps 6-8 people with all the home comforts. A holiday from 'home to home'. From the huge balcony, it is truely a stunning view to die for!


Local activities in and around La Manga: This is truly a magnificent place for families and couples alike. You can walk for hours on the beautiful, sandy beach from just outside of the apartment. The apartment is located within couple of minutes drive of Thomas Maestre Marina with high class restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, bank, pharmacy etc. Also a newly opened supermarket across the road. You might try the mud beaches at Mar Menor acclaimed for their curing properties. For adventures you can try sailing, wind-surfing, scuba-diving, kite-surfing, water-skiing, wake-boarding, jet-ski and quad-bike rental. Unlike other properties nearby, we have air-conditioning in each and every room. Regardless of the number of guests, everyone will enjoy the property throughly.

You are advised to arrange your own insurance for person and properties. Most of the banks offer this. For longer rental periods of two or more weeks a discount of 10% is now available (Excludes July/August and Special Winter Rates).

In the interest of security, please make all payments to the owners by emails or the agents in cash upon arrival. . It protects the identity of both the parties concerned.


Airport taxi transfers, cot / high chair hire can be arranged on your behalf at extra cost. Upon request our housekeeper can arrange to have ready for your arrival, welcome packs containing, tea/coffee/sugar/milk/ham/juice/cheese/butter etc €20. Add 2 bottles of wine and 6 pkt beer €30.

Real estate is great, nicely located. Internal conditions not great. 2nd bath has very low water pressure.Bring your own water boiler for coffee. The one in the property has been calcified. Allow users access off hours, it is not easy to travel here. Leave a lockbox outside. Print draw bridge schedule, draw bridge broke twice within two days.

I am only writing this to help future travelers. This is a 1 star property. The property description is 100% misleading. I traveled with my family 3000 miles from the US, to this property in La manga. The smell of moth balls was so overpowering that my 80 year old mother was vomiting. Most of us were dizzy from the fumes. There were also bugs crawling on the blinds and on the floor. We had to leave immediately and find accommodations for a family of six in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the host did not care about our situation and just told us to open the balcony door. There was zero compassion, or assistance from the property owner. I have been waiting to write this review because I do not wish harm at all on the property owner and I have given her multiple chances to make this right but unfortunately she has stopped responding to my pleas to make this right. The property owner believes that there’s nothing wrong with the property. If that were true, my family of six would have stayed there happily. I’m sure she will have some sort of response to this. Even though she has ignored my messages. Again, I’m only writing this because I wish somebody had written a review like this for me before I flew across the Atlantic with my family. There is nothing luxury about this place. These are 1 star accommodations. Most importantly know this, the smell will nauseate you. It was uninhabitable for us. VRBO should be responsible for posting a misleading property on their site

Great time in la manga
Stayed here for 4 nights had the best time ever. Apartment has everything you need but the best part is the most amazing view you will ever see!!!!! The area the apartment is in is perfect with beach bars close bar with a traditional Spanish restaurant called cash paco across the road near spa supermarket. Tomas Maestro marina is short drive away with lots of bars / restaurants overlooking the sea it’s such a beautiful place . Can’t wait to come back

Photos don't do the apartment justice. Much nicer in reality. Very clean and well equipped. Great views. Owner very helpful with any questions answered and sorted out promptly. I would think during the warmer weather the area would be delightful. Would definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful apartment clean spacious and the most amazing view breathless!!!
My husband and i haveJust been to this apartment for all of january and february 2017 and we enjoyed every minute of it we have been very comfortable slept better than we have for months very comfy beds all the amenities that you need very nice decor but the view from the balcony wow!!!!!its amazing looking over the manor and the med as well!!! La manga is such a beautiful place so different we loved the thomas maestro harbour sitting at martins with a coffee or a cocktail at the side of the mar manor watching the sun set ...heaven!!!! And we loved cabo palos harbour too at the other end of the strip took the bus only 1.15€ overall a lovely holiday .

El apartamento está muy bien...a los cafeteros les informo que no hay cafetera así que me hice café de puchero... Hay que pagar en mano a la Sra de la limpieza y esto no está incluido en el precio inicial así que considero que debe incluirlo y si eres muy tiquis miquis con las almohadas, llévate la tuya.... Hay restaurantes muy cerca como Casa Paco donde te puedes llevar la comida a casa. El problema de la zona es la calidad del agua del Mar Menor y del Mediterráneo. Cómo no solucionen este tema, la Manga irá desapareciendo delos lugares objeto de destino turistico

Es un piso precioso con todo lo necesario para pasar las vacaciones, con unas vistas de ensueño en un lugar tranquilo y precioso. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas las estancias, gran terraza para comer y cenar viendo ambos mares.

Muy descuidado
El apartamento está muy bien, pero descuidado, es una pena. La ropa de cama inexistente. Lo que nos dejó eran una sábanas bajeras con bolas. La cama estaba llena de tierra, dudo su cambio. Toallas con mil usos. La vitro cerámica sucia, no hay paños de cocina. Muy poco puntual, tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Las vistas son impresionantes. Eso es lo más positivo Solo pido que el servicio de limpieza que se cobra de 85 euros, se use y se limpie correctamente.

Helt perfekt badeferie med fantastisk utsikt!!!
Vi var 7 personer og vi hadde en herlig ferie på La Manga. Stor og ren leilighet med god plass. Fantastisk utsikt!!! Innsjøen og Middelhavet rett utenfor døren. Fantastisk beliggenhet for badeferie med rolige omgivelser. Jeg anbefaler å ha leiebil på La Manga selv om det går buss, spesielt hvis dere er en større familie som vil ha alt med på utflukten. Anbefaler utflukt til Cabo de Palos hvis du vil dykke. God og hyggelig kommunikasjon med Misra. Vi kommer garantert tilbake til La Manga og det ville være flott hvis vi er heldige med å få leie denne leiligheten en annen gang. Mvh Heidi

Une semaine au calme
Appartement très propre à notre arrivée. Pièces spacieuses, surtout les salles de bain. Climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Bien situé: plages, bars et restaurants à côté. Supermarché très proche. Idéal pour se reposer, faire de la marche ou courrir, sur la route ( espace piétons et cyclistes) ou sur la plage (5 km environ).
