Enjoyed our stay!
If you love being a 5 minute’s walk to the beach as well as to a wide variety of restaurants; a 5 minute taxi ride to a golf course, with taxis always available outside the property then I highly recommend this charming condo. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is a give and take - great for being so close to all the amenities; however, it is on a busy street so the street noise is there when you are outside on the balcony. Then again, you can walk the 5 minutes to the beach and listen to the waves tumbling in. We would stay there again.

Cabo get away
Ive rented in this complex before, great location to be able to walk to many things. Being here by myself I felt safe the whole time, complex is gated. The pool and pool area are well maintained. Its not quiet during the day due to the main road, but after 7ish its quiet. The host was fantastic to deal with, the complex manager was nice. All things you would need are provided.

The condo was excellent. Well maintained, very clean, comfortable, well equipped, great air conditioning, excellent shower, nice pool area, and fantastic communication from the super-friendly owner. The only slight downfall was some traffic noise from the busy road in front. Would highly recommend this place!

Well Located Apartment 25 minutes from the airport
In general check-in process was very easy. The host was very easy to communicate with. The VRBO was well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, coffee maker, toaster pots and pans if you want to cook meals. The only two main complains are the amount of water in the kitchen sink was so low that made it so hard to do the dishes and the amount of hot water in the showers was just so short. I've timed it with my phone and the water gets cold in 5 minutes, which is make it so hard to shower to be honest. Especially, when we were spending numerous days at the beach which is the whole point to come to Cabos for the most part. if either my wife or I used the shower, the other one had to waited at least 10 minutes so you can get a full tank again that last 5 minutes as I said. Finally, Toilet paper is not included in the amenities. I've been told by the host that as a courtesy they only provide 2 rolls and they expect everyone to buy their own toilet paper. The reason behind it when I asked was that "It's very hard to predict how much toilet paper a guest will use" It seems from my experience staying in multiples vacation rentals in many parts in Mexico that they don't care about this in general. However this one was the first host that didn't give us extra rolls. I have Vacation rentals on my own in the USA and I never had a problem predicting this. Anyways besides these things the place is well located and parking spot is fairly easy. We stayed 10 days.
