I don’t know what is wanted here
Very run down. Chips out of flooring and walls in bathroom. Tiling in bathroom stained and old. Seal around toilet , despicable! Toilet lid- outcast. Bugs on kitchen counter. Had to buy raid!

Very pleasant property
An older condo in need of some cosmetic upgrades, but otherwise a very nice apartment. Well appointed with dishware, cutlery and utensils and a good array of pots and pans. AC works very well. Good location equidistant between the beach and the town. Great restaurant across the road: Claro Fish and the little coffe place Organi-K very nice too.
