"The communication was excellent. Immediate response to any questions. The house is in a perfect location. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. The easy access to the beach, town and highway while in a quiet neighbourhood was exactly what we wanted. The backyard is amazing. The fence was great for our dogs. The decks provided the necessary shelter so we could sit outside when the temperature was cooler. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. "

"This condo had everything you will need to enjoy the beach, which is literally steps away. It is also conveniently located to the highway and downtown Ormond Beach. If you like to walk, miles and miles of sandy beach awaits you or you can head back into the beautiful neighborhood nearby. We will be back! "

"Overall, this was a great place to stay! It was clean, all all supplies needed where available, including beach chairs, kitchen items, etc and the fenced yard is a plus. The location was amazing - very close to the beach, restaurants and amenities. The only minor issue we had was the shower pressure wasn't great. We would definitely recommend it!"
