Awesome Hotel Experience
This property in San Jose is perfectly located close to the airport. Airport shuttle service was excellent and on time. It was my second time visiting and I was surprised one of the employees remembered my husband and I from our visit last year. It felt like going back home. Additionally, it has great convenient shops, options of places to eat right outside the property. Great security going to the rooms and very clean. Would definitely visit again.

What a lovely hotel. The service, the ambiance and the decor is top notch. My only reason for giving it 4/5 stars is because we booked a family room for 3 adults but the room was only set up for 2 with 2 sets of towels, coffee cups and water glasses. Not a big deal and didn't have time to raise it with reception was just a bit annoying. Apart from that great stay. We didn't eat in the hotel but had drinks on the roof terrace when the DJ was on. He was really good we enjoyed it a lot and the drinks were really nice, pricey but that's what you expect in a hotel like this.
