The nicest and sweetest family runs this hostel. I broke my phone during my trip and the lady that runs it went out of her way to help me order a taxi ride on a local ride app with her phone to make sure I got the airport safely to get home. She didn’t speak English but that didn’t stop her being a great person and helping me out. Showers could use more warmer water but overall not issues

This is a friendly place to meet other people. Travelers are pretty easy going; they come and go and are pretty sociable there, so I really enjoyed that. Especially if you're coming by yourself, you won't feel alone there. You get to meet people from all over the world; it was a phenomenal experience overall for me. The only thing I would like to add is that they do serve a light breakfast so don't expect eggs, bacon or anything like that. Breakfast is mostly 2 types of fruit, bread, butter, jam, cereal, milk, coffee and tea, that's all but you are welcome to cook anything you want for yourself in the kitchen. The host Federico and his mother Rita are wonderful and have a wealth of knowledge about what to go and what to do Just remember to stay safe no matter where you go!
