We were woke up at 7:30 AM with a fire alarm. The fireman came and left but nobody (from the staff) came out to let everyone know we could go back inside! The walls in our room had kids drawings in permanent marker all over. But it was clean.

The room was simple and neat. No complaints but the shower was inoperable. To be fair we never called up the front desk as we had an early morning flight and were rushing to the airport. I cannot imagine why would anybody design a shower that would make it impossible to turn it on. This was a simple bath tub based shower that two leavers ( one stacked on top of the other)

This was the worst stay. Came to the site around midnight and no one was at front desk and was not able to even get into the building. I had to stay in my Car in a city and neighborhood I did not know, and couldn’t decide whether to keep trying in the hope someone shows up and answers the phone or opens the door or get much needed rest in the car after a long exhausting day. To make matters worse, called the location and talked to different people during business hours but still have not received a call back from the “manager”. Worst experience.

Shower was leaking but talked to building maintenance guy on his way out for the day took room number and said he would fix it first thing in morning to no surprise it was done the front desk was busy checking in guest that’s where I seen the maintenance guy he deserves 5 star
