This hotel was wonderful. Each employee exhibited kindness towards me. The property was nice and modern. All food in the restaurant was delicious from the free breakfast to meals I purchased later in the day. My excursions were booked by Debbie at the front desk and created a real stay of ease for me. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Excellent stay after arriving in Costa Rica from a long flight. The hotel is clean modern has secure parking and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great and I believe there is also a shuttle bus to and from the airport. The shower was spacious however the shower wasn’t the most powerful but not a massive issue. Overall all a great stay thank you.

The hotel is quite adequate for a day or two. The breakfast was good, room clean, wi fi and air con work well, and staff very professional and friendly. The free laundry facilities on the 4th floor was a very nice touch. Free shuttle to airport was great and on time. My only issue is that the hotel is built without windows that open, so no option to get a little fresh air into the room. Hotel operators like this build their buildings to cut on costs, to the expense of the guests who generally like some fresh air when they sleep.

The hotel is pretty new and sufficient for overnight stay. The rooms and bathrooms are a big small. The air conditioning did not work in both of our rooms but was fixed quickly by the maintenance staff. Bed, pillows, and linens were good. Breakfast was alright. It's tough to get someone to answer the phone at front desk but they are courteous once you get in touch with them. My sister stayed here a week prior and wasn't able to sleep well due to traffic noises but we slept fine in our rooms. We liked the airport shuttle service and the fact that they started breakfast at 5:30am instead of 6am.

The food was excellent Great customer service on the bar and food area. Very small gym Complimentary washer and dryer There were smokers on the 3rd floor prior to check in that’s the first thing we smelled. Staff did Spray Lysol to cove up the smell The room was small, with very little closet and drawer space. Good location, walking distance to city mall
