While the property and staff were nice and the lobby smelled nice, my husband and I were unable to sleep all night due to the noise from each car that passed Monterey Road. It was very loud so that was unfortunate. Also being across the street from a cemetery was different but overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to the noise.

The best thing about the stay was the convenience of being close to Levi stadium. The breakfast was ok. My particular unit had a leak in the ac/ heating unit. The floor was completely soaked. Addressed this with the staff and nothing was done, not even a follow up. Unfortunately there were homeless folks sleeping outside so be aware outside. Could have been alot better for what was charged. Will be back because of my favorite team, but this place is now on the lifetime ban list.

There was no one clean the room during my stay and they said they did not have enough staff. But this is ok for me. However, the room’s soundproof is not good. We stayed in the 3rd floor and the people in the second floor complained they heard the walking step. We also heard people walking on the floor above our room. Apart from what I mentioned, other things are good. The room is very clean.
