No towel bars, no toilet paper holder, no iron but an iron board. Clerk said there is a coffee maker in the room, but no. Remodeled, but hasty craftsmanship. The sink was a troth with no counter space. Could have been better thought out. I was too busy to reach out to the clerk for said coffee maker or iron, but I shouldn’t have to. The check out clerk was nice and probably would have answered these questions if I had the time. The hood is a little hard to figure out. It’s kind of trying but also sketchy.

Management was okay. Room was clean. Bathroom door won’t fully open, due to poorly installed. Door hits toilet. Makes it very difficult to get in and move around. Door to room doesn’t seal properly, light from outside is visible. Very noisy outside with little consideration for those trying to rest.

I guess its my fault for mot doing more research on the hotel. The staff was unfriendly. We reserved a king size bed room, we got thereand there was 2 standard pillows "if those are consider pillows" i called front desk to request 1 extra pillow, i was told nothing available. The bed cover didnt smelled cleaned, toilet was getting clogged, we had to flush 2, 3 times, finally the sink was clogged and it smelled. We were very tired wekust didnt calles them again, plus she wasn't friendly.

The staff were very nice, but the room lacked a bit. There were attempts to renovate but the room was left unfinished in some areas. The bedspread was also dirty, with dust-like almost shoe prints on them and unidentifiable stains. The bed also squeaked A LOT

I enjoyed the taco truck across the street. It is 8.5 out of 10 the super tacos are very good. What I dod not like about the room the tv had 6 channels 3 which were I believe Chinese, the others were blurred and could not hear them. The room did not have any where to hang my button up shirts. The A/c worked really good, they could use a couple more towels and pillows on the bed.Gridge and micro qorkes good. The ice machine they have is aweaome! Room service comes twice a week which is unfortunate... All in all not too bad for the money, could be a bit better. It is quiet and not many wanderers on the grounds. You will need to pay a $100 dollar deposite. Card takes 3-5 days to get back or pay cash and get it the morning you Check out.

It is not so much about the property but one of the managers making guests feel unwelcome. There is an attitude problem with the elderly lady in the reception verging on cruelty.
