Convenience. Close to SJC airport with a shuttle. Rooms were clean and comfortable. This is a 'no frills' hotel that offers limited eating options and not terrific prices, a good gym and attractive rates for the convenience.

Some hidden charges that were not advertised such as parking fee and [expensive] breakfast affected the overall stay. Rooms were very clean but staff only cleaned the room 1x in the 4 days I stayed at the hotel. I give this hotel 3.5 stars.

Disappointing changes
I am a regular at this hotel staying 3 to 4 times yearly. They recently changed their free breakfast service and now charge $12 per person. Also parking has changed and is ran by a third-party charging $20 a day. Other Hyatt Place hotels in the region do not have these charges. I will not be staying there because of these changes.
