I mistakenly left a bag in my room and the front desk and housekeeping was exceptionally helpful in packing it securely and having it sent next day delivery to my next destination. Staff were really accommodating and pleasant..also we went to the block party concert and many of the performers were staying there and we were able to hang out with them in the lobby. Fun experience..we were a little loud but the staff were not party poopers. Great time I will always book there for a concert at the Sap

The smell of chemicals was overwhelming. The curtain in our room had a big rip. The toilet seat was chipped. Staff was very nice, breakfast was served on disposable plates and cutlery. So much for saving the environment. Overall it was okay but not worth to pay over $250 per night.
