Private Entrances to the rooms which are well kept; carpet was very recently updated and clean. Hard working cleaning staff, friendly front desk staff. Convenient location, close to transit and quiet. Nearby cafe serves breakfast all day and is delicious! Will definitely return!

Close to San Jose airport
This hotel met our needs. One night, close to San Jose airport. This hotel ordered us a Lyft as their shuttle service which was nice and convenient. We thought the room was a little too warm/hot, even with cranking up the AC. The AC window unit is very loud that we didn’t sleep very well. Front desk was pleasant and efficient. The hot tub was very nice and clean.

Not bad at all staff was very nice
The actual front facilities was quite nice better than I thought it was gonna be. The luggage cart was a transfer luggage cart like not a luggage cart for a hotel so that was a little disappointing but still happy they had one. The rooms initially had a smell to it like it had been deodorized, but like the smell was intense, so it took a little while to get used to that but at least it didn’t smell and the room was really dark which is usually what happens when people have not updated the rooms but overall it was a decent day that was great Even though she saw a guy peeing in the bushes, which says a lot for the neighborhood. Our airport Transfer was done by a Lyft driver in a Tesla so that was a nice plus as well

I was supposed to have a "garden view" room, but was instead given a room around the back of the building. The bathroom has a motion sensor light and fan that kept coming on in the middle of the night despite no one being up. It was loud and would wake me up every time. I'd have to get up to turn it off manually.

Good service with pleasant staff that answers the phone. Dated property. The property is changing brands, so it was a little confusing at first as there are no signs for the Uptown Oasis, just Wyndham Garden. Room had clean bed and bath which was important for overnight stay before a flight. The property has a nice pool. The front desk got us a lyft to the airport very early morning. This was a good perk.

Overall good experience, shuttle service is debatable, went to drop off a rental car and receptionist said he had sent a shuttle and shuttle never showed up, had to get an uber back, we waited like an hour eu

We stayed here the night before an early morning flight at SJC. The property's pool and amenities are magnificent - like being in Hawaii (almost). We dined nearby in central San Jose at a wonderful restaurant in San Pedro square - very lively and great ambiance.

Stayed here for 2 weeks and Priscilla was so awesome! She was welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Room was clean, easy parking, and location is central. Will def be coming back the next time we are in San Jose!
