Property is in need of major renovation. We checked in and there was no water for over 2 hours. Cracked tile all around tub. Old carpets throughout. You would think a Wyndham would put so E effort into a place that could be returned to its former grandeur.

Although the room was ok, the bed was ok....my biggest problem was with lack of hot water! No operating telephone to call. Especially after a long drive from The Caribbean South, needed a hot bath. No such luck. Couldn't use the phone. Early morning flight. No hot shower. Had to take a freezing cold sponge bath. Pretty upsetting. Especially when i was told that i was getting an upgrade?? When checking out i was hoping they woukd ask if my stay was ok? No such luck either.

Perfect! A little luxury before we fly home
We stayed here the night before we flew home after 3 weeks in Costa Rica visiting family. I was nervous as some of the reviews online are not great but, they are truly an unfair representation. The hotel is huge and has lots of amenities. My boys loved the pool and the games area. The room was a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the water was lovely and hot in the big bathroom. The towels were fluffy and separate pool towels provided by reception. The breakfast was great, everything from pinto and fruits through to cereal, bread and pastries. The staff have been really attentive the whole stay.

The check in process was smooth. The lobby is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The property itself is very outdated. It had what we needed for a quick overnight stay. We plan to stay here again when we leave. It’s close to the airport.

The facilities are old. In our room the AC was not function property. The TV was insane. The jazucci temperature was good but the cleaness in general terrible. Room service was verygood.
