It was once a beautiful place but looking a bit shabby now. The lobby looks great. The staff are nice and helpful. The ceiling on the top floor has been flooded and water stains and rust abound. The breakfast was very good. The bed left my back aching. The pool area is nice to sit in. The "jacuzzi" barely had and jet pressure and the water was luke-warm. Crows are all over the central pool with shallow water and a wade/swim up bar. Would not go to bar with all the birds bathing in the water. The price was fair. You can't walk anywhere from the hotel. There is one restaurant and it is average at best.

Stayed over night prior to a flight. Staff was excellent, swimming pool and other amenities great, three bar/restaurants on property. Didn’t use shuttle because I had to leave earlier than it started to run but Uber came quickly. Rooms are older and not much insulation for quiet but no one was loud in my wing and I slept well. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Easy to book the hotel, close to airport, room service available until 10 pm, room was clean but slight odor noted in room like they cleaned the carpet and it was still damp

The website photos compared to the actual room we stayed in were completely different. It was like we were in an entirely different hotel. I’m not sure if some of the hotel was renovated white in the section we were in was not however it was very disappointing!

Amazing! The pool grounds were on two levels with a waterfall connecting! But if you were notbin the pool, there is no dry access to the drink bar at the pool, you have to wade thru the water.

It's a decent hotel with all amenities. Clean beds. Quiet. We had a good night sleep. The pools are beautiful but water was a little too cold for kids to stay long. Breakfast buffet is wonderful! We love the tropical fruits in addition to traditional options.
