Property is in need of major renovation. We checked in and there was no water for over 2 hours. Cracked tile all around tub. Old carpets throughout. You would think a Wyndham would put so E effort into a place that could be returned to its former grandeur.

It is located off the highway, making walking in or out of it very unsafe, especially at night. The reception desk staff is pretty useless; you speak to them and forget what they offered to you. Free airport transfer service needs to be reconfirmed several times and still runs at erratic times, ended up taking taxis both ways.

I reached out to the hotel to schedule an airport shuttle and they said it was scheduled but it never came. So I was stranded at the airport. The bathroom did not have running water. The shower was missing a shower head.

Nice Hotel
The hotel was nice. The property is large, so large that the gym was hard to find. The staff are professional and always greeted me with a smile. Angie was absolutely amazing. She knows how to go above and beyond to ensure guests feel important. Unfortunately, for 5 of my 6-day stay, there were no face towel size towels, so I had to use a bath towel for most days, then a hand towel for the last day. The restaurants on the property were tasty. The staff was nice there as well. The prices were moderate. All in all, I would stay there again.

Rooms old and outdated. Hallways are in rough condition. A lot of amenities and activities to do. Gym closed that during my visit. Plenty of shops and food options. Reasonable price.
