Staff was super friendly, studio facility was clean, spacious, quiet. The only issue was our balcony view room (you can hear everything from the street at all times) not the best room to pick if you are trying to rest. Everything else was fantastic

We arrived in San Juan the night before a cruise. We needed a room just for 1 night, and this was an inexpensive option. Nothing fancy needed, nothing fancy offered. Clean , comfortable, quiet.

We had an amazing stay at Navona Studios! The ambiance of the property is absolutely charming, blending modern design with a cozy, welcoming vibe. The rooms are impeccably clean Kudos to the housekeepers and well-equipped, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions yet still peaceful. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Navona Studios to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. We can’t wait to return!

We booked knowing it was a small room but for one night it would suffice. The bathroom was DISGUSTING as the sink and mirror were covered in toothpaste spit (not ours). The bathroom sink had NO running hot water. The shower had not even a hint of warm water coming out of the hot spout. Overall, this room was a let down.

The hotel is better than the published photos, the problem is that in the mornings you can hear all the noise from all the rooms and doors, it is impossible to rest. It is well located. It's impersonal because you don't see a front desk or someone to ask questions.

Not having an elevator made it extremely hard carrying our luggage up 3 stairs. The bathroom was very tight.
