Your dream vacation in a newly renovated three-room apartment with separate entrance is located at the entrance to San Jose, approx. 2.5 km above San Juan de la Rambla.

San Jose is about 3 minutes above San Juan de la Rambla between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos.

The fantastic view of the Atlantic, the Teide and the valley will inspire you.

The apartment has 3 terraces that are only available to you.

The large roof terrace is equipped with a comfortable seating area and sun loungers and invite you to linger, sunbathe and relax. A terrace is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, grill and a sun lounger where you can have breakfast or relax Grilling.

The apartment is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (145 x 200) and wardrobe.

A fully equipped kitchen: stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, large fridge-freezer, table with 4 chairs and all important kitchen utensils.

In the living room there is a sofa, a wall unit and satellite TV with German programs.

The bathroom has a level shower, sink, hair dryer, hand and bath towels.

ganz tolle Unterkunft
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Alles war vorhanden, auch in der Küche. Die Besitzer sind sehr zauberhaft und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese Unterkunft. Es ist nicht weit zu den Stränden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind unweit vorhanden.

Very nice and friendly stay!
Arriving was very easy and well communicated. We stayed 2 weeks. Nothing was missing. Very clean and very friendly. If there had been any concerns, Uschi was always there for help. Good view on Teide as well. Would stay here again!
