Could be amazing!
The property itself could be amazing. It was very clean. It really needs some TLC and a property manager that communicates better. We arrived at night using the owners directions, which left out the gate code to the 2nd of 3 gates to enter the property. After trying to reach him and the property manager for a solid 30 min, we got lucky and a security guard helped us out.The actual space of the property is amazing and it has everything supply/ cooking wise you could possibly need. Property was advertised as having 4 working full baths. We had 2 that worked. We contacted the property manager to ask for help with the shower situation and received the reply “ I can’t talk right now”…. This was during standard 9am- 5pm business hours on a weekday…She did not respond to anything for the rest of our trip. 2 of the TVs wouldn’t work, and there was a horrible moldy mildew scent that required extra meds for my allergy sensitive kids. It didn’t bother some but others it was a super strong, burn the nostrils smell. The wall and ceiling is literally falling apart in one of the bedrooms, looks like too much moisture just causing the spackle to deteriorate causing a powder like break down which was falling into the air and blowing it all over the room *Note: the owner offered to have a handyman come and look at the shower, tv and wall, but I declined as I didn’t want to have to stay at the property all day waiting for someone to come knowing the repairs needed are not a quick fix.

Beach Paradise
This villa is a great vacation spot. The space is very comfortable and beautiful. The villa has everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location is superb, close to beach, El Yunque rainforest and restaurants. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Only 25 minutes away from San Juan.

Spacious villa in the beautiful Rio Mar
Jeff's villa was absolutely perfect for our large family! Each of us had our own spacious room, complete with a king bed and a Smart TV. The open design of the family room, dining area, and kitchen made it easy to enjoy time together and create wonderful memories. We loved renting a golf cart to explore the breathtaking grounds of Rio Mar, and the convenience of two parking spaces was a great bonus. Plus, we were thrilled to be able to bring our Morkie along to share in the experience. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your beautiful villa with us!

Beautiful Resort
We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The "clusters" were a little bit confusing with all the gates that had to be entered, but we figured it out. Also, we didn't realize we should have reserved a golf cart for transportation within the resort. We didn't have a rental car, it was a long way to walk to restaurants, etc.

The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. Access to a stunning beach with free parking and beach chairs. Jeff communicated with us at every step of the way. Highly recommended rental!!! The condo is perfectly located to everything Puerto Rico has to offer

Week in PR
We really enjoyed our stay in PR. The location is perfect and has great amenities available. The beach there was beautiful and we were able to use the Wyndham hotel amenities as well. The condo had plenty of space for our family. The only complaint is that we only had one working shower for our whole group for the week. That was really hard to get ready daily so that was a big flaw but like I said we were in paradise so hard to complain.

Safe Place to stay
I enjoyed the location and the sense of security at the place. The unit was just the right size with spacious rooms and comfortable beds, making it perfect for the family, especially with kids. The pool nearby was great for the young ones, and we had all the amenities we needed for the beach. We also had working air conditioners and plenty of running water. However, I was disappointed that we couldn't walk around the beautiful grounds without using a car to exit the small complex, as there was no key to the gate provided. It was frustrating not being able to reach the property manager initially, I had to reach out to the host in order to get a response. There were issues with the unit that needed attention, such as a missing bathroom door in one bathroom and a broken shower in another. Additionally, the Teflon pans in the kitchen were heavily scratched and should be replaced for safety reasons. I suggest getting stainless steel or cast iron, so you don't have to deal with scratched Teflon pans. Also, it is a unit that is like a walk-out basement, only beautiful view is the balcony.

Fun times
Good location, just one of our bathrooms didn't have hot water and a car was parked in one of our spaces. But the rest was great!!! Loved Rio Mar and the apartment and it was awesome that we could have our dog with us!!!!
