The wost experience ever
The place was dirty, i wanted to cancel and Hotels and the place were not able to do so they basically made me stay the bed was dirty every day we put the sign to get service in the toom and it eas just open my room and no service at the end we spend more time outside then in the hotel i was really mad because it was my honeymoon and the room i was supposed to stay was a ocean view and nothing like was at all. Im really disappointed in Hotel.com because they should go to the hotels they promote so thry can see if the accommodations are clore to what the place puts in the internet . IM DONE WITH HOTEL.COM FOR GOOD

We loved staying at this hotel but when the power went out, nobody was around to answer our questions. Hours later someone showed up and told us that the entire island went out due to the heat. Had someone mentioned that or put up a notice, we wouldn’t have wasted so much time waiting around to find someone.

This property was 1/3 block from the beach. It had double key entry and private bathrooms. There is no parking, the closest parking was 4 blocks away, luck of the draw street parking. There was trash, broken glass and dog excrement on the streets outside.

Beautiful hotel BUT the wind Chime boutique who is affiliated with them is where i stayed at for 2 days but the night time man Jonny' is a NASTY DOG and gets MAD when you dont talk to him he will charge you a SMOKING fee cause no one is talking to him or paying him any mind. So watch out for jonny an Indian looking man at night shift who prays on woman through the camera and touches himself behind the desk.

The Hotel is cozy but lobby is dark the walls are thin and the pool is not a pool it’s a very large hot tub. When i first arrived Iblearned I had to be buzzed in the youth lady Besie was very nice then later that evening I was disturbed by my two room down with loud noise and a disagreement. It went now for 20 mins or so until I decided to let the front desk know and there was a different person. The front desk person went behind me and ask the neighbor to keep it down and they did for a short time as it continued for the rest of my stay i had to put a towel at bottom of door to defuse the noise. therefore i didn’t get much rest. The pillow cases had stains on them. You had ask for everything blow dryer, beach towel and ironing board. The ocean view is obstructed by an apartment building. The security box in my room didn’t work and house keeping didn’t clean the small fridge from previous guest. Otherwise it is walking distance to beach, great restaurants and local bars.

Upon reserving stay for 1 night, I was under the impression I will be getting 2 beds in my room being as the description said “double bed”. When I got to the room not only was there only 1 full sized bed but the room was very tiny. The door to the washroom did not close at all. There was no WiFi given to me nor was there any signage posted in the room for it. The AC kept coming off and on every 2 mins and when it was on it didn’t do much. The toilet kept draining itself without me flushing it. Upon arriving to check-in, I was told to leave my bags under the stairs until my room was ready and my room was ready until almost 4 Pm.

Location was great, thankfully we didn’t stay long inside the room. It needs improvements . Fan in the room was dirty. If I ever go to PR again I will look for better options.
