This is my second time staying at At Wind Chimes and its by far one of my favorite hotels. Intimate, easy going, and the staff is great. Ricardo went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay, upgraded our room and was always available when we needed anything. The enclosed private pool really is a treat here. We were the only ones using the pool most times so you got a real sense of peace after crazy days. The best part is the 2 minute walk to the beach where you can rent chairs from locals for about $5 all day. It's very close to shopping and eating and a convenience store so we never had an issue getting goods. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to have a relaxing stay-cation or want to explore the area. It's definitely my go-to whenever I visit the island.

What a beautiful no frills boutique hotel centrally located between beaches, artsy districts, and a bus ride away from Old San Juan. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but a homey family run accommodation with beautiful surrounding plant life a pool and balcony to spend your warm nights. I would stay here again.

The room was dirty, the kitchen had basically nothing in it, the place had hardly any light, there was someone else’s underwear under the bed. The windows, the bathroom, the boarders on the doorframes full of dust. Just over all dirty. I had to clean it myself.

Great price. 1 block (1 minute walk) from the beach. Very friendly staff and workers. Extremely safe area. They Hold your luggage before check in. I extended my stay 2 extra nights. Would definitely come back.

I had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Everyone—from the front desk to housekeeping—was genuinely kind, attentive, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and I was greeted with warm smiles and helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby places to eat. Any questions I had were answered with patience and enthusiasm, which made a big difference after a long day of travel. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. What stood out most, though, was how thoughtful the staff were throughout my stay. Whether it was offering directions, accommodating special requests, or just checking in to see if I needed anything, they consistently went above and beyond. A special thank you to Ricardo and Ive for your kindness and hospitality—it truly made my trip more enjoyable. It’s not every day you come across such genuine service. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stay where you’ll feel cared for and respected. I’ll definitely be returning!
