Staff was pleasant always. Understand English well. Amenities were sparse. Our room had issues all week with little to no internet. No bar at this site. No parking on site. Pool was broke but was fixed after 2 days. Could have used a bigger coffee pot. Location was great by the beach. Blocks from many breakfast spots and dinner restaurants.

The hotel itself is cute, in the perfect place and really good for the money, but overall Jhan is the reason we would come back, his exceptional service and amazing personality really sealed the deal, on vacation you want a nice stay but personable service, he went above and beyond to make sure we enjoy not only our stay at the hotel but what’s around the area, and their amenities in their sister hotel. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone. They have rooms of all kinds to make your stay easy no matter who you come with!

Staff was not very accommodating when it came to an earlier check in. Literally made us wait in lobby or by pool until exactly 4:00 even though we got there at 10:00 from our cruise. Never offered us a towel or anything to make us comfortable. Room was very “stuffy”. Thank goodness there was a dehumidifier in the room. Remote and tv did not work. Had to get owner to come fix it. Overall, you get what you pay for. Would not stay here again as they put us “in the basement”!

Staff were extremely friendly and check-in and out was smooth. Maid service was okay. The pool was small but enjoyable. There were tons of small outdoor tables to sit and lounge around the property and outdoor plants were also welcoming. The book shelf and all the books were a nice touch. The location was great. All that being said, there were are several things a person should know before booking. The listing showed a photo of a bar on the property. This bar looks like it hasn’t been attended to in years. It was dirty and empty of everything needed to run a bar. It’s just a counter with stools to sit. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not for you. The room I got was disgustingly dirty. Windows had holes in the screen, which allowed for mosquitoes to come in. The paint was peeling off the walls. The bathroom floor planks were warped and peeling off. It was a very stressful time controlling the water temperatures for the shower. There was underwear stuffed in the main stairwell, which was there the entire stay. There was a trash bag of towels in some random corner that was there as well. I’d go back for the staff, but I will likely not go back for a room.

Los miembros del staff fueron super amables con nosotros. Rentamos un carro, estábamos preocupados por el parking pero la verdad es muy fácil encontrar parking cerca del hotel. Súper conveniente para ir a la playa. Está todo muy cerca de ahí y mucha variación de restaurantes.
