The property itself was beautiful. The reason i gave it low rating was because no refrigerator, microwave, dresser or safe in room and my towels were never refreshed. We had to ask for new towels. Also the restaurant is not opened yet. The breakfast was of mini croissant, cookies, yogurt, some fruit and coffee. We were not impressed. Unfortunately we wont be staying there again.

We had a leak in our ceiling and we’re put in a smaller room after being told that they would give us separate rooms! The hotel offered breakfast and it was the absolute worst! I understand that they only been open for a month but if they were not ready they should’ve waited. I will not be returning

The hotel is brand new and all of the amenities are not yet fully operational. Nevertheless, the stay was awesome. The staff is great, especially Jeremy who made sure at all guests were comfortable and had what they needed.

Please becadvised that this is a newly built hotel yo which did have ALL AMENITIES need for me to say ay this Hotel. There were a bar and dining area that is still being built. The bathroom near the pool has no air conditioner. I felt the male manager could have assisted Expedia inhaving me transfer to another hotel for health reasons & there was no food AMENITIES in the hotel. Ya have bring bags of food in. Manager made false statements about the restaurant neing up and running. But when i stood there when he was speaking to another Expedia representative he was very rude. None the less. I wind up in another hotel.

Bali Poshtel has a lot of potential. Property seems still under construction. Restaurant not yet opened Pros Great location, beautiful decor, easy check in, has tons of potential Easy walk to the beach Has a coffee shop and a gas station right next to the property which makes it very convenient Cons Rooms way too small, no full body mirror and no hot water Gym had great weight variety but was missing towels, water and wipes to clean the equipment used Rooms 5,6&7 super noisy are located right in front of the service area and starting 6:30am you can hear employees talking very loud and doors opening and closing No water on the premises even though I saw the dispensers Security could be an issue we didn’t see guards which made us feel a bit unsafe

I strongly endorse this establishment to everyone, even though the restaurant has not yet open. While they currently provide breakfast services, I will disregard this minor detail considering the property is newly established and they are striving to uphold exceptional standards. Additionally, it is essential to include a room, microwave, and a phone for contacting the reception. Furthermore, improvements are necessary for the fluctuating WiFi connection. The staff members are outstanding, always prepared to assist, and the property owner is frequently present to address any issues, given that it is a recently opened establishment.

The only thing I didn't like is that you can hear other guests arriving, leaving, talking and even opening doors. You don't sleep well because of the noise.

The location has been open for a month but still dealing with ongoing issues within the property. The 24 hours I was there the power and water was not working i.e. no permits for restaurant, breakfast was supposed to be included but instead snacks were available… apples, croissants and cookies were provided.

Arrived 2hrs early for check in, front desk staff first mentioned it was $50 to check in early, then staff came back and said it was $100 to check in early. Room was ready but did not allowed me to check in early unless I paid. That experience was a bit suspect and not a usual protocol for check in.

Pros:Beautiful property, close to the beach. Coffee shop and bakery next door is a must. Swimming pool was definitely the selling point. Easy check in and check out. Free parking. They provided us with beach towels. Cons: The rooms are really small. Basically a bed and a bathroom. Which we expected. Bed was hard, pillow was hard. We had room #5 and was next to the maintenance room of workers where it was extremely loud in the early mornings. The water pressure was good but did not get super hot. We asked for a late checkout and was told it was $100 additional for a hour, which I thought was crazy since the entire property was basically empty. One last annoying thing, there is no body mirror, the ladies will get it.
