Hospitality is what best describes us. You will contact the owner for your vacation scheduling. Once booked, you will receive an email from VRBO 3 days prior to your check in date with access to the Welcome Guide for instructions on checking in, checking out, contact, parking and access. Once in Puerto Rico, you will be welcomed at the condo by an owner representative. You will receive an explanation on the condo's amenities and surrounding areas of interest. In addition, the owner representative will be on call for any additional questions you might have.
The studio is located on the eleventh floor with a private balcony and a beautiful view to Isla Verde
beach. Access to Isla Verde beach is within walking distance. Accommodates up to 2 people.
Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or practice water sports like
windsurfing, parasailing or kayaking. Visit all six (6) Blue Flag beaches around the island.

Excellent stay
I would recommend this booking to anyone. Extremely clean studio, comfortable bed, balcony with view of the ocean, great location. The property manager has thought of everything you would need for your stay in PR. From beach chairs, beach towels buggy boards. The accommodations comes with anything you will need for the stay plates, cups, coffee machine, towels complimentary soap as well as sun block ect. This is the first time my fiancé and I have ever done a VRBO or anything similar we always stay at hotels. I have to say we will definitely be doing this again you get more for what you pay for compared to a hotel. Only thing the pool is not heated, so unless you at going during a time the weather is sunny and in the 90s all day the pool is freezing.

Beautiful spot in Isla Verde
Loved the location and the pool. There’s some great restaurants nearby and the view is lovely. Some small cons to the property to be aware of: There is no direct beach access because the nearby road only allows guests to access that way. So you do have to take a slightly longer walk but it’s not terrible! The condo has a frosted glass door to the hallway, this allows a ton amount of light to come in at night! If you’re a sensitive sleeper do bring an eye mask.

Great experience
Love the apartment we enjoyed our time there. It was a great view and everything was pretty close to get to. We didn’t even need to rent a car because Ubers were so cheap. It was truly a great experience. Recommend this place for anyone that wants a little getaway with their significant other

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this facility. It was our wedding anniversary of 49 years. It was a great stay. Everyone was very pleasant. The facility is near everything at Islas Verdes. The apartment was very clean. And the security was phenomenal. A big plus being right next door to Foxwood Casino. We definitely give this place a 10. Only down fall was the gate to enter the facility. Good thing security was always there. Our gate opener was not working. We thought maybe it was the battery. We tried to obtain a battery for it but could not find one to replace it. However someone was always at the security gate to open up for us. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall was a good experience. There were a lot of tiny ants around the unit- especially around the nightstand by the bed, and there were visible finger prints on wall behind the toilet. Otherwise, only downside was no coffee available for the coffee maker.

The space i had rented was clean and cozy. But the bathroom is small which may be a disadvantage for some. The complex manager was very helpful and hospitable. I would recommend this property.

Just what we needed
The condo had everything we needed. Was close to everything and about 10 mins from the beach. However, there were tiny ants all over the kitchen counter and that was pretty annoying. The shower also never got hot. The tap water tasted horrible while brushing teeth, so use bottled. The water also smelled horrible while flushing. We got woken up at 9am every day during the week from construction in the building and them also fixing an elevator

No direct access to the beach
The place is pleasant and well-maintained. The room has transparent doors, allowing ample natural light during the day and making it difficult to sleep at night. The beach is not conveniently located, as it is not just a 2-minute walk away. there is no direct access to the beach.

Beware Bugs Everywhere!!!! Book somewhere else!
I wish I would have listened more closely to the other reviews that talked about the ant (bugs) problem. They were everywhere at times to the point where I did not feel comfortable cooking in the apartment at all. I did reach out to the owner and she offered a 50% refund on the remaining 4 nights of my stay, but that wasn’t going to work for me because where else was I going to go when my plane didn’t leave for 4 more days. And why not offer 100% refund for the remaining days. The ant problem should have been disclosed with my booking initially. The contact with the owner was pretty good but the middle person that you actually deal with is the cleaning lady named Elizabeth and her communication was subpar. She responded to things a day late and sometimes not at all. On the first day I asked how to change the thermostat on the air conditioner because it was freezing cold in there and was not told until the next day that there was a remote control and that was the only way to control the temperature in the room. I had no idea of that ahead of time. I asked how to make the water hotter in the shower (another thing I should have gave more attention to in other peoples reviews of the property) and was told to just turn the first knob on full force (which only controls the water pressure) when actuality the temperature of the water is controlled by the very bottom knob in the shower. (There are 4-5 knobs total). The tv and stove are tricky to work. Customer service non existent!

Overall, our stay was nice. The property is quaint and is in a great location. It was clean and the furnishings were nice. This unit has all the necessities, coffee maker, toaster, some cooking utensils and the TV was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. We only used the pool once and it was very clean. The kitchen faucet sprays erratically into the small sink and the bathroom sink didn't really have any hot water. There is no overnight staffing or any enforced "quiet hours" which was only a problem one night. This property does not have direct access to the beach, however its a short walk to several different public beach accesses. The grocery store is a short walk as is the pharmacy and several really good restaurants. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would go back to St Tropez.

Pre-cruise launch
This unit was everything that it advertised. While it is tight in a few areas such as the bathroom, it was very clean. The air conditioning was able to keep up with the heat and humidity from outside - it actually got chilly and had to be turned down. We did not prepare any meals during our stay, but there was an adequate supply of pans and utensils to do so. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The one recliner chair was as comfortable as it was beautiful. But the futon/couch, not so much! We had a small issue with getting the TV to Live TV and someone came over to get us squared away. If someone was more tech savvy, they would have probably gotten it themselves. The neighborhood was very safe and we walked easily to restaurants, CVS and the grocery store (there is even a wheeled cart to bring your groceries back to the condo). The pool is nice and we spent a couple of afternoons floating around in it. We did not have a car, so I cannot comment about the parking situation. The condo itself is also very secure.

The condo was delightful. Very clean and updated on the inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had ample white noise with fans and a well working air conditioning unit. Towels and beach accessories were provided. It was so close to the airport that our rental car place was .1 mile away! The pool was nice in the morning. To get to the beach you had to walk a little distance, which is typical for this area. I definitely recommend going into old San Juan or Condado for dinner restaurants. They had some great breakfast options nearby but the restaurants in walking distance were a little too touristy for me. The hosts were very , easy to talk to and work with and we will definitely be back on our next visit. One doesn’t have to rent a car to be here but it’s recommended to see more parts of Puerto Rico specially, if you want to go on the ferry to Vieques or north to see the beautiful local land.
