Our check in and check out experience were awful. The desk agent at check in let us stand there for 10 minutes without acknowledging us at all, not even a glance up or smile or "I'll be right with you" but chatting up the servers, housekeepers, etc. finally when I walked over to ask if anyone would be able to help us, he said the computer was booting up. Upon check out, we asked the desk agent if they could call us a taxi to take us to the airport since there were none up front, he called someone and said it'd be about 10 minutes so we thanked him and sat and waited. When the taxi driver pulled up, he ran in, gave something to the desk agent that had called him and then proceeded to charge us double what we had paid to go from the airport to the hotel. Terrible look for your hotel to have desk agents receiving kickbacks to take advantage of travelers.

Building seems very old. The frames of doors and shelves in the rooms were barely attached even the shampoo bottle attached to the wall in the bathroom just unstuck itself and just exposed holes in the wall. We just let these things go as we were vacationing. Front desk lady wasn’t rude outeight but was not at all customer friendly and seemed to just hate being there herself.

It is a well maintained hotel, rooms and amenities are nice and modern. Staff very kind and professional. Great location for the beach and conveniently in front of Walgreens.

The room was not clean as it should be. No attention to detail. No service at this location at all. No one to help load and unload your belongings (bell hop). No cleaning. Lucky to just get the trash taken out and fresh towels. Staff seems to be bothered by the guest. Not a good feeling. Will not revisit.
