Property had funny smell in various room. AC had issues....leaking water in rooms. Damp sheet, comfort, Hot water issues. No hot water....different rooms then they say easy fix. Its no way Hilton Standards. GO stay somewhere else

I only gave this rating because my fiance and I fell down the steps of the Jacuzzi and we weren't even drinking! They should definitely put something on the steps to prevent others from getting hurt!! Other then that my stay was perfect from superb customer service and excellent con leche at the chocolate cafe that's attached to the hotel. Oh I also didn't like the extra cost for parking

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very large I was in a corner unit. It was in good condition but it's very dated and needs updating I think Hilton just bought it recently there is no construction going up next door so you have to be ready to get up early in the morning pretty much at sunlight which is 6:30 now. No hot water but I have found that it pretty much every place that I've stayed at and I traveled all around the island along the coast I think just two places had hot water

Had so many roaches in our room and when we told the front desk they didn’t care and didn’t look surprised that we told them that they had roaches like as if they already knew and our water was shutting off in the middle of us showering and when we would call the front desk they wouldn’t answer the phone
