My room was a tiny box for the price that I paid I expected more since it was a last minute hotel I shouldn’t complain the area was amazing it was close to the beach the parking was meters only Good luck on finding parking I saw that in the fine print at the lady minute again it was a last minute decision my other place canceled at the last minute Staff was great so overall I give it 4 stars staff was great

The property is beautiful and convenient (by the airport). The only problem was not sufficient lighting in the room. One of the lamps did not work and the other was dim.

My experience with this hotel and some of the other sister hotels was a wonderful experience first the employees where wonderful and treated me with respect and where very friendly and helpful in every way I would def recommend a stay at any of the 4 hotel but my favorite was def the canario since it's right by the casino and restaurants .I would definitely recommend

Previous users trash in the closet, opened and used milk bottle in the fridge, trash in the bathroom. All plugs disconnected, no place to charge phones, tv disconnected, need es veo hard and plastic like.

place is nice but they gotta work on their cleaning. When we checked into our room the mirror of the bathroom was dirty(we had to clean it) and the shower had shampoos and body wash from the previous guest. Also the sheets and pillows where stained with body oils and probably blood because there were red stains in the sheets

I'm actually very upset this was a birthday trip for myself that I had planned and I had a family emergency the day before I was to check in to hotel. I called early in the morning that day of emergency way before check in to explain that I would not be arriving the day of check-in because of the family emergency and that I would have to change my reservation around because of it which was only going to be 2 days after and I had booked for 3 days. I was told to reach out to the website where I booked (which is what I did) and I then explained to them (hotels.com) what had happened. Hotels.com then got in touch with the hotel to discuss what happened and someone at the hotel had told them to send an email over which they did. They had assured me that everything would be all set and that I would get a response back within three to 24 hours. When I did get a response which was the following day from the hotel manager who gave my husband a call we were told that we were putting as a no-show and that we would be losing our reservation. I only had one day left on the reservation which was Saturday. Even after explaining everything and the family emergency prior to checking in and being promised that we would be taken care of we were told that our request was denied and that we would lose our reservation. I was only able to stay for one day of my 3-day booking. Ruined birthday..

It was inexpensive hotel. No trills. Safe and cozy. Rooms were small and hot water had some flaws, but we spent the days with friends at their 4 star hotel. Easy to get around

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
This stay was horrible!!! On Hotels.com it indicates that the hotel has a pool. This was very decptive. There is no pool at the hotel. Insted they tell you you can use the pool at Wind Chimes hoyel, which is about 18 minutes walk feom Canario. Then there was a televosion that had no cable television, the maintenance person said he did not know why it was not connecting. The water pressure to the bathroom was very low, the water literally trickled out of the shower. Housekeeping seemed nonexistent, as for the seven days i was there, i had change of towels twice and on two occasions had to ask for the room to be cleaned. They came only once!!! I had to ask for change of towels 3 times, i got it only twice. There was no additional toiletries (soap) provided apart from the two small bars i met upon arrival. I had to purchase my own. The staff with the exception of Betsy seemed very uninterested in assisting to resolve problems. They agreed with the complaints and simply decleared that they can do nothing, like on the night i returened after requesting that morning that the room and towels be changed. The man at the reception desk said "yes i see you made a request tjis morning but there is no one to do it at this hour." Avoid staying at this hotel at all costs!!! I feel almost certain that staying at a "pay by the hour hotel" may provide better service.
