This hotel gave us the one room that was absolutely intolerable the shower was in a closet (24 inches could not turn around the toilet and sink was in another closet and the night clerk was absolutely the rudest most incompetent unprofessional I have ever dealt with I would never recommend this place.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was in bad shape with holes being in the walls, shower that dripped all the time, and overall runned down.

I had the absolute worst experience. My family had no access to clean towels unless we traded our dirty ones in. We had no hot water and a staff member attempted to get in our room one night, but the hotel did absolutely nothing for our troubles. I do not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re a woman traveling.

The facility does not have parking, there is no water pressure for the toilet, much less for bathing, even worse, it does not have an elevator. If you go with a lot of heavy luggage, you could end up on the 4th floor like us.

No car parking, very bad when you are tired coming to the hotel for a good night sleep and you cant find parking nearby and when you do you hope it doesnt get hit or stolen by the morning. Nearby car garage at Marriot hotel was an option until I paid $77.00 the first night, never went back. I kept circuling around for a spot even if blocks away.

The staff at the Canario Hotel were very friendly and even helped me recover a lost phone that I accidentally left in an Uber.

The property does not have a parking space and I had to pay $42.00 for one night at a public parking. Air Conditioner was old but it worked. Staff friendly and helpful.

Rooms could use more attention. The bathroom, though very large, was grungy and there was soap scum in the sink. The walls of the room were very dusty as well.
