I liked the convenience of the location. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. Front desk staff didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing in front of her for a few minutes before she even said anything to us. There was a bad smell throughout the room.

Definitely not an ideal location for tourists. There were roosters making noise very early right outside the hotel. Parking was very limited and sketchy. The room was basic and decent for the price. The location is the issue.

The rooms were clean however they should provide at least one water bottle. There was no soap in both the soap dispensers. TV did not work in room 213 and WiFi does not work there. We stayed there twice only for few hours as it is closer to the Airport. Once when we landed at 11.00 pm and next time before leaving as we had early morning flight. Second time the room AC was making noise. Needs to be fixed. As we were there only for few hours at night, these things did not bother us much. But these needs to be fixed.

First time staying here. Great customer service my husband left his wallet and we went back and find it with in minutes and everything was in place. Trust this place. Small but with microwave,small fridge, little seating dinning are and the room.

Very bad expirience. The location was scarie and THE Rooms smell like wet carpet. Couldn't sleep because of the smell. Very expensive for a bad hotel.

The AC in my room was not cooling properly neither was the wifi available in my room. I had a toldler with me that was sweaty and restless because of no wifi connection. No one is never at the front desk. However, there was a number to call. I Called and requested a change of room but to no avail. To add salt to injury i was still charged full price....

We enjoyed out stay. There not being an elevator made for some exercise when you are on the 3rd floor. Luckily I am a middle aged women who was able to carry all of my and my 70 year old mothers luggage in trips. I got my workout in! Anyway, property was nice. I liked the area around and it had some food option. Great little breakfast place a couple blocks away, pizzas place and a bar/restaurant two blocks away. The rooms are basic but its clean, we felt safe and we enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion for people who can't do stairs is try to call ahead and get a ground floor.

I had to fix the toilet kept running all night (being a contractor), i knew what to look for. Saw a couple of bugs (werent crazy about that). Finally, parting is limited (very limited)
