On our stay the ice machine was broken but I was able to get some at reception. One the restaurant was closed so we went out for dinner didn't want Mexican. Price is ok for one night.

El área de la piscina está buena para pasar el día, limpia espaciosa. Habitación limpia espaciosa. El personal de recepción al llevarle una queja la encargada fue grosera solo dijo que si nos queríamos ir pues que no fuéramos. Necesitan capacitar su personal para LEARN. Escuchar, empatizar,Disculpar, reaccionar y notificar.
