The views in the backyard are amazing!!!
Duration: My family (8 adults and 1 kid) stayed at this property for 4 nights.
Check in: This property is located in a gated community, so you will need to check in with the security guard when entering and leaving the premises. This was not an issue for us as all we needed to do was provide the name of the street name and address number.
Pros:
- As I noted in the title, the views of the mountains and ocean at this property are amazing. You will not be disappointed.
- The pool has some issues but was mostly enjoyable.
- For the most part, the property is clean, and every room had AC.
- Wifi was strong and reliable, the house also comes with TVs and streaming apps, although my family and I barely used them.
Cons:
- The pool's filter didn't seem like it was working which resulted in a lot more bugs to appear when we tried to swim. The pool did have a skimmer to pick up the larger bugs, but not the smaller ones. Was not a major issue as we still used the pool and enjoyed our time in it.
- The refrigerator when we were there was leaking, but the host said she will fix it.
- The propane tank was empty when we arrived. We had to refill the tank ourselves, but the host did reimburse us for the costs.
Things to Consider:
- The neighborhood does have a noise curfew after 9pm (no loud music outside). This was not an issue for my family as we just turned down the music when in the pool after 9pm but this property might not be the best fit for large groups looking to party.
