Staff was super friendly and the outdoor pool vibe was amazing. Would stay here again. Close to airport and Old San Juan. Can walk to near by restaurants and use the sister hotel Condado to access beach.

I think the comodities, the staff, the area and the room were spectacular. The breakfast is OK with limited options and the AC was making noises all through the night. Everything else was great.

The property had a nice pool, but the Sister property across the street had a great swim up bar pool and access to the beach which we really enjoyed. The food was good at the restaurant however they do need more staff

Great location and overall customer service. Diane was amazing and she made our stay that much better. We would gladly return and stay here again. Friendly staff overall every time we walked in. As far as location, very walkable to many restaurants and short uber trips to most of where we went. Loved having access to the sister hotel for their pool and private beach. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Had a great stay. Rooms are clean, & house cleaning crew was the best. The only issue about this property is the staff in the restaurant area are rude & need more training when I comes to working with people.

We would absolutely come back! Our room was spacious and clean. Perfect size for our family of 3. We were able to use the facilities across the street with ease via the connecting walkway in the 2nd FL. Bonus that they had a Starbucks on the first floor. Short Uber ride to Old San Juan and also SJU airport.
