The hotel is missing a lots of things They have a microwave and a fridge but empty shelves. No plates or cutlery No hot water. No shades and the room was in a court place that had table and chairs and at 6am people were sitting and taking. Because there is no curtains and the light outside was on it was difficult to sleep. This hotel has a long way to come.

Paid for this hotel thru Expedia. What was supposed to be a great vacation turned into a nightmare. We get an uber from the airport to the so call hotel. We had to walk because the Uber driver couldn't get thru due to the street was closed, also the driver made a comment on how bad was and unsafe that area is. Sure it was, this supposed hotel with a 8.6 review is a dump homeless people smoking Marijuana and coming into the hotel entrance of that so called hotel. After seeing this dump, requested to cancel the reservation and the man said no because I should have cancel 24 hours in advance. Sure how was I supposed to know the dump we were going to stay. Well they gave me 2 days of my money back and they kepted the 1st night. Called Expedia and was advised that they couldn't do nothing and that I had to deal with them. extremely upset

The property was decent enough. However, the cleaning was not thorough. Dust was under the beds and besides the night stand etc. There was effort put into the refurbishment to make the plant more modern.

My husband and I loved this hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, clean, wonderful breakfast. Minimally decorated rooms, which I love because it gives us more room, even though the room was a very nice size. There was no elevator, but we didn't care. I can see how it would be a problem for someone else. We will definitely stay here next visit in Puerto Rico!!!

Our experience at Hotel Nest wasn’t what we expected. The hotel itself was nice from the outside of the rooms, but the room itself was dirty. There were limited supplies and barely any of our requests were made. There was no hot water and we stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Each day we had to take a shower with cold water, only have the room cleaned on request and even then nothing was done. The staff treated us ok, but barely acknowledged our requests as guests and majority of the time we received unneeded attitude and disrespect. Never again.

My room was the worst I ever had. My friend's room was a lot better than mine and we had the same "room with a view". My bathroom looked crazy, soon as I walked in the shower rod was on the floor in a heap. The water did not get hot at all and barely came out. Outside of that, it was clean. My friend's room is what you would see be advertised. My room is what you get instead if you don't see ahead of time. The staff was great and helpful and the building felt safe.

Estructura sencilla, antigua pero bonita. Cuartos pequeños, camas no tan cómodas. En el Cuarto asignado no funcionaba el acondicionador de aire. Televisor sin acceso a canales locales. Atención del personal fue pésima, total falta de cortesía. Cuarto tiene nevera pero ni agua ni vasos Estacionamiento limitado pero seguro, requiere que el personal lo abra con control remoto. Falta de opciones para comer en las noches a distancia corta, a pie.

Hotel Nest - One of the Best
Nest Hotel was a clean, convenient and comfortable place to stay. Located in a historic square it was surrounded by nice buildings and restaurants. The sunrise shone right into our room. A lovely way to wake up.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel is cute and clean. However it is not accessible for people with mobility challenges. The breakfast was ok, would have been nice to have more options. Bathroom water pressure could be better.
