They have only on employee to attend reception and cafeteria areas … this is desfavorable for customer service . The room key 🔑 isn’t function, three time we need go to reception for this problem .

What I liked is that parking was easy and accessible, the area was quiet and there was a casino next door. Also, breakfast was included but very chaotic and only until 9am (most places will have it until 10am). What I didn't like is that it is too far from everything central. We had a car so it was ok but I wouldn't stay there if I didn't have a rental car. The biggest problem I had with the hotel was how it wasn't clean. I don't need a 5 star hotel, as long as it is clean. When I travel, it's just a place to sleep in but must be clean. The hallways smelled like a skilled nursing facility (I am a nurse and know that smell), the carpets in the hallways were filthy, you could see they needed vacuuming. The room was better cleaned and smelling but the bathroom door was filthy, the handle looked like it hasn't been wiped in months. There was dust on the walls, actually took a picture, you could see it in the light. The sheets were wrinkled and there was hair on our sheets, pillows didn't smell fresh. I really didn't feel it had a good cleaning at all.

Reservation for 4 people but only 1 bed
I did the reservation for my family: 2 adulta and 2 children. When we got into the bedroom there was only a twin bed, towels for 2 people. And the said that I should have “chosen” for 2 beds, I was not enough to Make a reservation for 4 people!!!! What Kind of hotel Make reservation for 4 and only 2 placês to sleep???

We arrived late after a very long trip and got to our room and found only 3 towels so we went to request more and staff was very condescending and asked “do you realize what time it is” then handed us 3 hand towels stating couldn’t give us more towels at midnight. Buffet was average taste but ran out of most things and didn’t replenish.

This is one of the best hotels around the San Juan area. We liked our stay here and the breakfast is good. The rooms are good but our bathroom door was getting stuck at the lock position and had to be yanked open. They fixed the door 12 hours after we made the complaint however they did make it somewhat usable in the mean time. Also the bathroom door slides and locking it is a bit of a challenge. Other than that the staff are very kind amd other services are good. There is a restaurant right next door and its okay. The parking space within the facility is good but its 12 dollars a night. Overall, I would recommend this place. Bayamon the area where this hotel is at is a good developed area and has many American style restaurants. However I would recommend trying Puerto Rican food instead and seafood.
