Wish we could have stayed longer!
We unfortunately had only one night to stay but we were able to make the most of eating breakfast and dinner on the beach and enjoyed the access to the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas. Very clean hotel with cute decor and lively vibe situated in a very safe feeling beach neighborhood in San Juan. This place is perfect for someone who wants an upscale feel without the stuffiness of a resort.

Fabulous place right on the beach. The rooms are lovely and the staff are all incredibly attentive and friendly. What an amazing spot. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

I liked the location being right on the beach was convenient. It also was walkable restaurants in the area. I liked how the beach towel, umbrella, and lawn chairs were available for use. I also enjoyed the balcony area and free snacks and refreshments included. I did not like that there was not a microwave in our room or on site for guests. I had a couple of food items I had to throw away because I could not heat them up. I wanted my leftovers but not cold food. I also did not like how the shower did not have a door or curtain to close all the way. When we took a shower the bathroom floor piled up with water and flooded.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were super nice. The view was so beautiful and it's right next to the beach. However, the room door is a little loud. You could hear the other room's door when they use it.

All the restaurant, bar, location and beach side of this place are amazing BUT, this is a hotel, and this is where it goes so so! 1st, restaurant close at 8pm, so, that's good to keep the place quiet, but if you hungry, 15mn walk or uber eats. The worst for me is the bedrooms, it's ok, clean and good size, but the bed is very unconfortable, bed linen are awfull, honestly, this is a boutique hotel, this need to be confortbale, and this is not at all. And finally, the bedroom doors are in this frozen glass material, this mean, you'll have the light of the corridor all night long, and if someone, come back late, you'll ear everything. anyway, do i'll return there? may be at the beach bar, certainly not to sleep

Wonderful stay and staff made the difference. Especially from Zoely and our favorite Aaliyah! She was a special treat with her smiles and laughter and attention to detail. I have operated hotels for over 30 years and the staff here really "get it" from check in to the very minute you leave. I was very impressed and we will definitely be back.

As a solo traveler, I felt very safe and accommodated during my entire five day stay. The staff was kind, quick to help me with any of my concerns, and the service overall was great, even when I was dining at the restaurant. Cleaning service is optional and I appreciated that I did not need to be removed from my room every morning. The access to the beach convenient and the view is beautiful for both sunrise and sunset.

My first time to Puerto Rico. Numero Uno Breach House was wonderful. The staff, every single one was very happy, nice, helpful, and just wanted to make sure i was set for my stay and for my island adventures. Room was cleaned everyday, even I did not ask. The food and drinks was great.. the pancakes are the best! Going to miss all those beautiful faces. I will you all very soon

My husband & I visiting Puerto Rico for the first time and we wanted to have a beach house experience. Numero Uno Beach House gave us what we were looking for a clean, safe place with the view of the ocean/beach from our room. My recommendation for the Beach House is do have small activities for the guests after the restaurant bar area is closed. For example trivia-games night, meet & greet, Happy Hour bring your own bottles and snack's.
