I am going to try and not be too hard, because you get what you pay for, and it served it's purpose for the price.
It is a gated entrance, and I had to ask for the codes to both the auto gate, and the facility door to even get in. There is also a code for your room, and a code for the keybox located outside which is to house the keys for your room. Yep, no keys in the box... I was given the code to one of the other apartments to retrieve the keys from there and that they would work, which was concerning... So, I went to that box, and no keys there either. So we used the code to the door on the lock, one time, before it was not functional, which means we couldn't lock our door the entire time we were there.
Customer service said they would bring additional keys and put them in our lock box, which they did, but neither set would fit the lock. At this point I was exhausted with it and choose just to take things I didn't want to risk getting stolen with me during the day.
The pool was dirty and the pool pump was not on the first two days we were there. A pool guy came by day two and did his magic, and the pool was great after that.
The wifi in the room was not functional, and I "texted" this to customer service and it wasn't even recognized. You will never meet an actual person here, all communication is through text unless you call the Otium customer service line.
I ended up having to hotspot my phone to the Roku TV in order for my son to watch it during the evening
