We absolutely loved the location. This made our stay worth while. The apartment furnishing needs to improve a bit. The kitchen was scantly supplied. When we checked with the owners they told us to go next door and get some supplies from a common kitchen next door, but it also didn't have a lot of supplies. We were not able to connect to the WIFI in the apartment the entire trip so it was good that we were not there for work. Once again, we messaged the owner and tried to get the information needed to use the WIFI and eventually they stopped responding to my messages. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked nicely and the bathroom was well stocked. The down side of the location is that it is next to a busy street which results in a lot of honking cars that will disrupt your sleep. I do think our negative experiences might just be growing pains, I am not sure how long they have owned the property but hopefully things will improve as they grow their business.

The hotel was beautiful old historical absolutely gorgeous didn't like the slick floor when showering and then coming out of bathroom to get clothes was very slick needs a throw rug or something also wasn't hangers so we bought some but had to leave them behind no space the fridge was very small no room for leftovers also no microwave for leftovers but laundry machines were offered during certain times of the day I would stay there again but know what to expect this time

Communication was excellent and our request for hair dryer was in the room. Basic room is a room with a queen bed and separate bathroom which was nice size. Small mini refrigerator with freezer. Like a small hotel room. TV remote kind of worded I think it needs new batteries. Grocery store near by and a lot of restaurants. Should put extension pull cords on ceiling fan to turn light off or change fan speeds. If the remoter was supposed to do that it didn’t work. Overall it was ok for one night. It was not close to Old San Juan as I thought.
