The property is overall nice and pretty clean and we felt safe there. Most of the staff is not very nice or hospitable, there was maybe one or two women who actually greeted us and was very accommodating. Anytime we ordered food before going to the pool they seemed to forget us and had to be reminded 2-3 times. We washed our beach/pool wear and some clothes but the washer and dryer don’t work well. We did about 3 dry cycles but the clothes were still damp. When we brought them back to the room everything smelled like old water. We ended up leaving two blankets we brought because they stunk so bad. Speaking of smell, the room has a very mildewy smell each time you walk in. The hotel was in walking distance to the beach, but each time we went the front was out of beach chairs. My kid loved the kiddie pool. The breakfast that is included is mediocre, you’re better off going out or to the restaurant on site. Uber is readily available for anything not in walking distance. Overall a good stay, but little things kept happening that made us not want to stay here in the future.
