Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day. The view is spectacular and the dining is delicious. Will stay again.

The property location is great and it’s right on the beach. The beach and ocean were amazing. The property is under rehab. It lacks nice amenities. The pool was very small and dirty. The new pool is supposed to be open in like September 2024. There is only 1 elevator for the whole place. The other one is broken. Turns out that was that bad of an issue. Easy to get used to. The shower was mostly hot but some times it was cool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant area seemed very nice. A little expensive but guess I’m cheap. That’s it. Ocean beach great, worst part was pool and cool shower once out 4.

It's a nice hotel with great staff on a beautiful beach. My main negative is that when I booked my reservation on Hotels.com it said no charge for parking and that's why I booked it as other hotels charge for it. Well I was charged.

This was my first stay in PR and it was a BEAUTIFUL room! Smells amazinggggg and the decor is such a vibe. Can’t wait to come back but hopefully to them being finished with the renovations that were taking place.

Gigi served us drinks and food on the beach. She even gave us ice to keep our beverages cold. The property is awesome. You walk out the hotel, take 20 step's and you are on the beach. Umbrella, towel and lounge beach chair. This is my 5th time staying here and I will be back, soon!

Only have 3 complaints. Lack of hot water for the shower, inability to charge to room from Kumo, and guests need to be able to use beach chairs and umbrellas passed 5pm. Love the location and design of spaces, and its smells wonderful. We will be back.

There was some construction going on and the entrance looked like we had a made a bad decision with choosing this hotel. But the minute we stepped inside we were surprised at just how nice the hotel was. Then when we entered the room things just got better and better! The room was spectacular! Everything was new, clean and beautifully decorated. Will be going back.

I came for a quick getaway to relax and this place was just that. The room decor was relaxing as well as the whole hotel. It was small and quiet. Right on the beach and so close to airport. Was an amazing experience! Highly recommend if alone or couple. Not for kids.
