Great price. Definitely no frills but it was a clean hotel right in the beach. Condado has a great nightlife and some really good bars were in walking distance. Also walking distance to souvenir shops and restaurants.

This was great pricing, you should know there is no on site parking is off the street parking and in that one street there is no parking you have to park blocks away people park in the street but you’ll get a ticket.

The place is a little bit old school but for the decent price and the location is great love the area but what makes the place so super it's the service of the people nice the way they treat you make you feel welcome and want to come back

Great stay, located next to beach, no free parking
We only stayed for the night. Unaware of how busy the area was, we were concerned it would be noisy in our room - but it wasn't! It did take me some time to find paid parking, which was $20 per night. It is right on the beach and has a restaurant attached to it, perfect for breakfast.

What a baffling waste of money and location!
Location is good, but the place is really worth about $50-75/night. The front desk service is so astonishingly poor, rude and aggressive that it feels unsafe to stay there. Probably a reflection of poor management. Definitely NOT recommended.

We arrived with our family to a dimly lit area. The lobby was hot and humid and the man at the desk took nearly 40 minutes to check us and one other guest in front of us in. The old elevator is tiny and our family of 5 needed to take 2 trips to get our luggage up. The room itself was cool, but had a weird door with another bed off to the side that didn’t lock and lead to the hallway. My husband waited 10 minutes for warm water and ended up taking a freezing cold shower. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. I guess it was a place to lay our heads for 6 hours but it was NOT worth the price of nearly $200.
