Beautiful pool with sundeck, BBQ grill, compfy patio sofas on a very nice outside deck are waiting for you to enjoy. College reunion girlfriends trip
Six of us gathered for a long weekend. The house was a couple blocks from the beach and a block from the main drag, perfectly situated. Bedrooms were good size, two large main suites, a bed for everyone. There were some water temp challenges in the bathroom shower off the kitchen. Pool was nice, limited sun exposure, however is pleasant. Access to main bedroom And backyard deck is a fun skip across some pool platforms. And two rooms open onto the pool too! Well secured and equipped with all the needs.We really enjoyed it and recommend it to groups and families!!

BEST LOCATION IN SAN JUAN!
This property is exactly as advertised! The house is fully stocked with linens and toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The decor is modern/tropical and the beds are especially comfortable!Having the pool and outdoor oasis in the middle of the city is an extra treat and it was so nice for our group to spend time together in the open floor plan. The absolute best part is that the location is really ideal - quick walk to the beach and many restaurants/cafe's along Calle Loiza, Old San Juan was about a 15 min drive and ubers were relatively inexpensive and about 10 mins to the airport. The area felt very safe and the community is actually secured via electronic gates after 6pm for additional safety.John and Mayra were very responsive to any questions we had and they were even able to get us in touch with a tour company to help plan some of our group excursions.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend for large groups wanting to be in the ideal San Juan location!

We had an amazing stay at Mayra and John’s place in San Juan! They were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the best of San Juan with ease. We truly appreciated the hospitality and can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

I stayed in John & Mayra's place in Ocean Park for four nights with a large group of friends. Mayra was very communicative and check-in/check-out was straightforward and smooth. The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic - close to the beach, quiet at night, convenient to get to other cool neighborhoods in San Juan. Highly recommended!

Nice stay in San Juan!
Had a great experience here! Location is nice and the host was kind enough to be present when we arrived and showed us the property. The place could have used a better clean-found old eyelashes on the floor in one of the bedrooms and during our stay did some brooming to clear the dust/dirt for the little kids in our group who liked to play on the floor. Overall, happy to have stayed here!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was in a great location and had plenty of room. The hosts were friendly and easy to reach. House was clean and tidy and pretty well stocked; it also had comfortable beds and nice linens. However, in general, the house needs some TLC and has a bit of wear and tear that doesn't appear in the photos. Many marks and scratches on walls, broken or damaged drawers and towel racks, a wobbly toilet and loose shower faucet handle, marks on the sofa fabric, a leak in the kitchen ceiling, etc. Again, our stay was great and we liked the house but a little attention and some touch-ups would go a long way to making this a perfect house.

Mayra was the best!
I booked this trip originally in July, but due to health problems I had to postpone my stay here until October. Mayra & John were so understanding and so accommodating to the changes I had to make for my travel plans. The location is PERFECT, close to the beach and tons of nice stores and restaurants! The Vrbo was spotless and just as pictured in the photos! My friends and I were sad to leave, we loved it so much! Mayra was also so quick to respond to whatever we needed! Would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't have chosen a better place!
Casa Seaesta was everything we expected, needed and more! We had a group of 11 (girls) traveling and the space was perfect. We all had enough space and having 4 restrooms with showers really made it easy for all of us to get ready! The host was very easy to communicate with us and waiting for us upon arrival. She was welcoming and friendly. As soon as we arrived she gave us a tour of the property and pointed important details to keep in mind. Throughout the stay, she was also very easy to keep in contact via text. The home was only about 4 mins away, walking! We loved the location, surrounded by restaurants, shops, or anything you might think of! Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and can agree that it made our trip memorable! Would definitely book again if I ever get the opportunity to do so.

this property was in the perfect location and size for our group. it ended up being 8 all together. There was plenty of bedrooms, & bathrooms. Main living area was very spacious. Outdoor area is not huge but a decent size and the pool is big enough to cool off in and relax. It is a short 2 -1/2 blocks to the beach. Plenty of places to eat, drink and relax at in walking distance. There is also a walgreens that was very conveniently walkable. it is a short drive to the wedding we attended in Condado Beach and short drive to Old San Juan. House was well stocked with beach towels/chairs. Kitchen is stocked with all utensils, pots pans etc...pretty much all you could need. A/C works great. (VERY IMPORTANT) beds comfortable..everything seemed very clean. Mayra was very helpful with any questions since this was my first VRBO, and easy to contact. we also felt very safe and secure. Would defintely stay there again!

Great Experience
The property is exactly as described. Great location and within walking distance to Walgreens and restaurants/bars. Although it is a nice area, being in a gated community is a plus. We felt safe at all times. We rented a vehicle for the first 3 days, however, when returning the vehicle, the Uber ride from Airport to Casa Seasta was only $9.00. The check in process was very easy and Mayra was there at the designated time, provided a brief tour, some recommendations and was also made herself accessible during our stay. Very attentive to our issue and was quick to respond. The back up generator kicked in quickly when the power went out. Having a pool is a necessity for us 7 seasoned ladies, however, it was nice being able to walk 2-3 blocks to the beach. I think that being in a gated community, the beach was not crowded. We appreciate you allowing us to stay in your home. You have a great team. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends. Shoutout to Sergio and his team at FixATrip. House met all our needs. The host was very responsive getting a response to any issues usually within 15 minutes. We loved the pool and close proximity to a great beach. Nice linens were all provided as well as well stocked kitchen so we could cook in several nights. Great location to walk to good restaurants.

PERFECT
This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 friends for a bachelorette party. There was plenty of space to spread out and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed including kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. The walls in the house are thick and sound doesn't travel easy, so it was perfect for the occasions when a few girls wanted to nap or sleep in late without being disturbed. The pool was amazing and a highlight of our trip! The location was ideal and in a gated community that is walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and shops - including a very convenient Walgreens only a block away. The hosts were excellent at communicating and you can really tell that they have put a lot of effort into making sure that the house is safe, comfortable, and clean. They stay at Casa Seaesta truly made our San Juan trip special and memorable. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing property!!
The house was amazing, very well stocked and the perfect amount of space for my group of 10 girls. The neighborhood was very very secure and so close to the beach. It was super accessible to get an Uber to/from. The only thing was that the cabana room got a lot of mosquitos, so If you are prone to bites maybe stay in one of the other rooms, but I would totally stay on this property again!

Property Not As Portrayed Our party of 7 ( capacity 12) was unanimously disappointed in the quality of the property. It is an older property. Our party felt the pictures are misleading and do not accurately represent or reflect the current conditions of the house. Among the issues we encountered were: Leaking roof let water to come in through ceiling fan in kitchen Dated, leaky refrigerator Backyard/pool area different than what is pictured online. Primary Toilet not secured in one bathroom Cracked and chipped paint throughout rooms Very outdated and peeling (particle board) furniture Lack of outlets throughout house, generally one per room, Including one protruding from wall 1 TV for entire house No tvs in any bedroom including none in indoor master bedroom 1 bedroom ( outside master bedroom) is completely outside main residence. It is a pool/cabana room. Broken towel rack. Ants in cabana room ( separate room) Broken cabinets/doors/ drawers in kitchen Wet tiles from rain in front entrance creates extremely slippery conditions entering and leaving house Motion detector light constantly going on and off all night. Uneven floor surfaces and transitions from room to room cause tripping hazards. Bottom line: We will not be staying at this property again. Overall, way overpriced for accommodations that were provided.

Family Girl’s Trip
My family and I had a great time in San Juan despite the off and on rain. It was 11 of us on this girl’s trip and we enjoyed every bit of our stay at this beautiful, spacious property. Mayra was a nice, gracious and patient host. She greeted and showed us around the whole property. She responded to any questions or minor issues. The restaurants were walking distance. The beach was 2-3 blocks down the street. This is definitely the right place to stay.
