Very simple, clean and a bit trendy. Staff is not your typical hotel staff. They also seem educated and trendy. Great first impression. Staff appearance and attitude is so important.

Very clean, small rooms; property is very safe once you are within the property gate; free parking in a safe lot; within walking distance of Old San Juan (25 mins). Just a few limited dining options directly around the property.

I recommend everyone to stay here super clean and the locals are beyond friendly. The hotel staff was beyond nice and we even got beer and water when we checked in. They even let us get an extra day since our flight was changed they held our luggage until our new room was ready so we can hit the town.

Walking distance to old San Juan, Staff was amazing, kept the rooms very clean every day, my friend and I felt very safe staying there. For my next visit to PR I definitely stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpful, housekeeping kept up with the rooms. The property is very clean and felt safe at all times. It was only like a 10 minute walk to Old San Juan and a beautiful one if you take the route from the port side.

This was a great property to stay in for the short-term solo traveler. The room is a basic room but, clean and comfortable. The staff and swerving were amazing as they made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt as if I was a part of their family. I would definitely stay again. Just keep in mind that this property does not have any elevators so you’ll have to walk your luggage up the stairs. I two huge maletas and had to walk up to the third floor. But I didn’t kind because I knew I was going to eat like a puerco my entire trip so I needed the exercise!

Stayed 2 nights. Friday to Sunday. Location is great as it is like 15~20 minutes walk to old San Juan. And 10 min walk to ocean view. Area is not that good in terms that it looks old, around empty warehouses. Is a developing/residencial area. Didn’t see shady characters. Two bars in same street. Mex bar is noisy with music on the weekend. It can be heard in the room. If you are a light sleeper you will not like it. I am. I knew about it from the reviews. But went in because was a party trip, so okay. I like the fact that you have a code to enter property. It feels truly independent not need to walk through the lobby. Check in desk around the corner. Balcony room. Nice view of the port with cruise park in there. Air conditioning was awesome. Loved it. Water pressure good, hot, and water bottle for drinking free. Nice. I had a good time. No complaints.

Excellent location, 10 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to the old town. Super clean place. It is only very basic but you have everything you need. It looks freshly painted fairly new in the room. Reception is in a different building and serves the hotel, a womens hostel and I think few more apartments. To get to the room you need to get through 2 communal doors where you have to key in a code. Reception provides the code. There is a bar next to the hotel and very loud music until about midnight. It didn't bother me but some people may find it hard to sleep. For £100 a night during high season not bad.
