A/C covering the entire apt., fiber-optic WIFI, washer/dryer, iron/board, intercom, mahogany doors, TV, high ceilings, cross ventilation, double-paned soundproof windows, lithium-battery power generator, water reserve/pump, etc. Very safe. Owner-maintained (no agents). Sorry but not a party house, no swaps. Ideal for a single person, couple, or small family.

Lovely old charm apartment in Old San Juan
I have been to PR many times and this was my first stay in OSJ. Ramon's apartment is in a great location with live events on the plaza during the weekend. Apartment is large, roomy and comfortable. With the availability to open all doors and windows it really was not necessary to run the AC. It was great staying in OSJ and being close to so many wonderful restaurants and near to all the historical sites. I will definitely stay at Ramon's apartment in future stays in Puerto Rico. Thank you Ramon

In the middle of everything, but quiet
Ramon's apartment is an oasis of cool and calm right in the middle of Old San Juan. Very convenient to the monuments, restaurants and shops. It has plenty of space for 4 people, has air conditioning and ceiling fans (we only needed the fans, in February). The bathroom has plenty of hot water and a spacious tub/shower. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighbors are cheerful. The breezy balcony has a nice view. Ramon has provided tourist maps and a magazine, and some interesting coffee table books about PR history and culture. The apartment is quite comfortable.
