We reserved 2 rooms. When I made the reservation it did not mention that children over 12 were considered “extra guests” and each guest had to pay an additional $13.62. So for our 3 kids we had to pay an additional $40 and also a $100 cleaning charge per room. So we paid an additional $240 at check in. The desk attendant admitted that these charges are not listed on Travelocity, which I found disingenuous. If we’d known about the additional charges we probably would not have booked at this hotel.

Within walking distance of downtown
This is a nice hotel within walking distance of downtown. It was not fancy but it was very clean and the staff was friendly. The shower head placement was a little off, especially for short people, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Had car trouble. Never got to the hotel. I called to cancel the reservation. Spoke with the desk person. They refused to refund any of the money when I asked AND the next day when Expedia asked. I know this was a non-refundable room, but I was hoping for some understanding. I would have felt a bit better about even a partial refund. I cannot recommend this hotel. They’d rather take money for doing nothing than have a human conversation about circumstances.
