Very hospitable at check in, clean, great a/c, has A microwave coffee maker and refrigerator. The bathroom was all New finishes. The only negative thing I can say is that the walls are very thin and you can hear outside noise very easily so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. I would stay here again!

Looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay near Pismo Beach or the Oceano Dunes? BeachWay Inn definitely fits the bill! This clean motel was easy to find and conveniently located for exploring the area. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed – perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of adventuring. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool and refreshing. Overall, BeachWay Inn provided a quiet, safe, and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good value near Pismo Beach!

My recent stay at this hotel was overall satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. However, I found the size of the TV in the room to be a bit small. Considering that we were there for a one-night stay during a baseball tournament, the hotel served its purpose. The only downside was that the price was a little on the expensive side. Nevertheless, it was a decent experience for the duration of our stay.
